Definitely prefer this style of bidet as they make the toilet easier to keep clean. I like that I can control the spray both at the source and at the handle.

I purchased a similar one like this, it lasted for 4-5 years, before eventually exploding at the part closer to the nozzle you spray water from. i bought this one in april (its september as of writing) and the same thing happened, but i caught it before it went spraying everywhere thankfully.

Do not buy this product. Water leaked through the water flow control lever of the T-valve within just three months of use. This is a poor quality and unreliable product. The leakage caused serious damage to both the ceiling and the bathroom floor.

It’s not as sturdy as it used to claim. It hasn’t been long since we’ve been using it and the hose already has a leak.

One of it is leaking from day one. I hired professionals to install it and they did it good. Afterwards it started leaking. I contacted the seller and they are asking to prove. I sent them images and now they are asking me to fix it with a YouTube video.

This item's quality is not good. The hose is way more rigid than other competing brands, and the head leaks water and needs tweaking so it stops leaking. Also, after less than 6 months, the hose got torn and started dripping water. After some back and forth with the seller, they suggested sending me a new one if I pay the 15$ shipping (new one is 20$ delivered to my house). I obviously rejected. I would stay away from this item and seller.

The spray jet wasn't getting enough pressure and we tried at a different water inlet as well in the other restroom and it's the same deal. I have seen different products that have enough pressure. Completely dissatisfied with the product
