Like: Very nice, simple and useful Dislike: 1. I tried installing, but it started leaking at the T joint. Spent a lot of time, so had to get plumber to fix the leaking who charged me $80 :( 2. The hook that hangs off of tank, it too broad, I wish it was like a clip. The tank lid does not close because of it. If the lid is half open then flush does not work. I have no space to install wall hook. Please let me know what can be done. 3. The sprayer is very delicate and feels cheap quality. This is the most used part and so should have been sturdy. 4. I noticed that even after hanging the sprayer, there is some leakage, few drops falls off the sprayer even after hanging on the hook.

Two of my bathrooms have the bidet under the toilet seat. Because I have boys, those seemed hard to clean. So I choose this one, does not go under the seat, and stay right beside the toilet. I do not like it. It’s easy to mess up the jet and hurt myself. I prefer the one under the seat. This will be better for cleaning cloth diapers, etc.

Material of the product looks like it might rust faster than usual. Easy to install. Took me some time to adjust the pressure and flow. Appreciate the long hose. Overall okay product for its value.

I purchased a similar one like this, it lasted for 4-5 years, before eventually exploding at the part closer to the nozzle you spray water from. i bought this one in april (its september as of writing) and the same thing happened, but i caught it before it went spraying everywhere thankfully.

Do not buy this product. Water leaked through the water flow control lever of the T-valve within just three months of use. This is a poor quality and unreliable product. The leakage caused serious damage to both the ceiling and the bathroom floor.

It’s not as sturdy as it used to claim. It hasn’t been long since we’ve been using it and the hose already has a leak.

Last only 1 day, start leaking from nozzle from both of them. Poor quality. Turn off the valve to stop leaking.
