I love my back support pillows, put them on my dining chairs.

These are really nice throw pillows but you must do a few steps first with them. I noticed on some of the reviews people complained that the inserts were not full enough. What you need to do is remove them from their vacuum-sealed packaging and put them in the dryer for about 10 minutes on high heat. (I also put in a dryer sheet to prevent static). They puffed up beautifully! I also ironed the pillows covers as they had a few wrinkles. I used a steam iron on setting %233 for polyester and gave them a quick touch up. The next step is to fold the puffed up inserts in half and place them in the covers. Gently let go of them and pull them into place in the corners. It should fill the pillow cover completely. Give each pillow a quick shake to position them and zip them closed. There you go! Very lovely pillows for a decent price.

I ended up returning them because it just didn't go with my color scheme, but they're very nice throw pillows

The pillow inserts definitely need more filling but I put my 28x28 inserts in them and it made them perfect.

The good thing is, it's made in the US. Bad thing is, the covering for the stuffing was not completely sewn in at the point of filling. Fortunately, I was able to stitch it closed, so no big deal for us. The color is beautiful. I washed the covers by hand in Woolite the first time. Color did not run with cold water and Woolite, haven't washed it in the washer yet. We always use cold water now for everything.

I was excited expecting to be better quality than usual cheap ones...the case is beautiful and perfect color (sourcream/coffee) BUT the pillow doesnt fill the case up! did the wrong ones get sent? the pictures so a tight case on a fluffy pillow... mines have extra room and makes them look "sad"

I really like the texture and durability of these pillows but the pillow padding is skimpy and cheap. I ordered 2 pillows and had to put both pillow paddings in one cover to make one half full pillow and stuffed an old pillow inside the other covering to make two pillows.

They come with the inserts individually vacuum packed and the covers in a separate packages. The delivery box was pretty big. Not really a big deal but it was a hassle getting the inserts out of all the layers of plastic. The fabric is on the stiff/hard size. I ordered the 22x22 pillows but the inserts don't really fill out the whole cover. To me, this makes the pillow look cheap on my couch. The insert is not thick nor thin…not as flat as a pancake but it's also not a thick/hefty pillow. The beige is very light; looks white from across the room. For the price I most likely will return. At this price point, I don't like to settle for things that I'm not really happy with …

These come as 2 pillow covers and 2 sepeeate inserts that are all rolled up. I will be returning!!!!
