It doesnt take much to get your hair clean. I got a nice lather and good coverage with a dollop about nickel size amount. Not sure yet if it will help with my hair "shedding" problem, but I like the shampoo. Very subtle fragrance, which I like. When I put on fragrance, I dont want other products competing with it.

The shampoo helps with the eczema on my scalp, but it still seems to persist on my lower left side, just above my neck. However, since it is not prescription grade, it exceeded my expectations.
