And it's my first time using this product.But after doing some research and finding out that the heme iron is bioavailable to the body.Is the reason that I chose this product. i'm a senior citizen and I have had periods where it showed that I was anemic, and I took other iron forms. And they did not work. And I am not currently anemic, but I think this is a good supplement to keep on hand that is gonna be bioavailable. And not constipate a person, so I highly recommend it two others.

I recommend this PharmVista Heme Iron Polypeptide!! it's been gentle on my stomach. I also like that it includes vitamin C for better absorption.

No issues. I've been taking for a week and it's too early to tell differences, but overall I recommend.

I take this occasionally to improve my iron levels. It is difficult to find an iron supplement at a low dosage. I find this form of iron is easier on my stomach compared to other forms that I have tried. I like that it comes in a soft gel form that is easy to swallow.

No noticeable side effects. They don't even taste bad if you bite em. I still combine with other forms of iron though since I wont give up my multi which contains ferrous carbonyl.

Only had for a week hard to tell any health benefits after 7 days of taking but seller was qwik to pack n send product

Kept saying delayed order. Package went to main distribution center here where I live, transported to another-closer -distribution center . I thought “ok few days late no biggie there's progress.” Then it went back to the further one again (lol) and just sat there. I waited a few days to let shipping do its thing. Walmart won't let you refund until it's delivered which is insane for situations like this 🤣 anyway I reached out to the actual seller and nada. Crickets. I am very reasonable , and I would have been understanding if they would have gotten back to me or said SOMETHING or acknowledged it . But nah. If you run a supplement company and can't run your business correctly then you shouldn't be running a company at all . I own a business and number 1 thing is you have got to at least reply to your customers. Cmon . Do better . Not professional. Thankfully Walmart themselves issued a refund , after complaining to them.
