Washed before using in large mesh bag. Washed perfectly, and dried without the mesh bag on medium/high heat and dried perfectly. SOFT and comfy. It's not an actual cooling blanket but airy and soft and light. Keeps me cool. I even ordered a second one from Amazon. Highly recommend this blanket if you want something soft and airy/lightweight.

I have been looking for simple blankets for throwing over the backs of a few comfy chairs. No frills or tassels just nice looking, cooling, lightweight with nice woven patterns. Haven't washed yet just opened them so hopefully they last a long time.

My new FAVE blanky. This blanket is very cozy, doesn't hold heat and washes very nice. Will be getting another one in the green. It's perfect for summer.

Comfortable blanket especially for southern nights. Pretty design and washes well. Stretches a bit after awhile which is fine. I bought queen size fits perfectly.

This soft blanket is lightweight and exactly what we need for the warm weather this summer, but great for cool nights.

Beautiful bedspread/blanket. The color is exactly what I wanted. The queen size is too long for a full size bed so I washed it and put it in the dryer and shrunk it to exactly the size I needed. I will not put it in the dryer again though.

I bought this blanket for what I hoped would be it cooling properties. For me, this blanket traps heat and humidity and does not seem to be breathable in general. Very surprising given how light it is. Everything else about this blanket is good, very soft, not bulky, and good looking in my opinion. It is just not as breathable as I need for summer weather.

I did not feel the cooling effect like so many did, and that was very disappointing. But it is very nice, very lightweight, pretty and well-made. Since I cannot see natural fabrics staying available for much longer, I decided to keep it. I will not be falling for the "cooling blanket" con again.
