I have always been hard on my body and for that I have arthritis in the ankles, wrists, and one hip. I spend a lot of time waking up in the morning very stiff and now that I am back to working out since the cold weather is over, I find it to happen more than I would like. I started taking these and I have found a slight improvement in my joint pain in the mornings. Granted this is the worse time for me so finding that I am not in as much pain is a plus. I will continue to take this because I know like anything else it takes time to work. So far I am happy with the results and I am glad I was able to get this at a promotional price in exchange for my honest review. If I find that it does continue to work I would purchase this at full price in the future.

The formula offered a varied blend including anti-inflammatories. I've been using the product for 2 weeks, replacing a glucosamine/MSN blend and I can feel an improvement. I have less pain, especially in the evening and am able to move around a bit better. I plan on getting more of the product with the hope the trend will continue.

they're not very good pills they don't help any I still feel all the pains I had to take time alone on top of this medicine
