Better, deeper, quality sleep
I've been taking 2 of these as I'm getting into bed at night. They promote a deep sleep, which I really need- turning off the world and getting some zzz's. Less expensive than the alternatives and more effective.

Don't waste your money
Siding sleep at all. Woke up about 6 times through the night. And I had hard time going back to sleep. Took 2 like it said and I'm groggy and tired. I think this is melatonin and that doesn't work for me
