Great fire pit
This was extremely easy to put together. Took me about an hour. It looks really nice and very sturdy. I changed out the lava rocks for fire glass and it looks beautiful. It puts out a good bit of heat that you can adjust if needed. I purchased the wind screen and cover separately. I highly recommend.

IT is a fantastic addition to our outdoor living space. the gazebo is 16x12 and it keeps the area quite warm. Love it and would buy it again!

We purchased this in Feb. 2026 and used it 3 times
We purchased this in Feb. 2026 and used it 3 times and now will not ignite. We have tried all the trouble shooting in the manual and still no luck. Man i sure hate to trouble myself with returning this thing back to walmart. OF course no phone number to get help in the manual. I would not purchase this item or any related to this company.

Firepit shipped damage
My son and I assembled the 32" firepit. When we turned it cover and removed the protective cardboard it had on top of the firepit, we notice a lot of damage to the surface of the firepit. The lid that you place on the firepit, to use as a table also will not lay flat. The reason the lid will not lay flat is because of the dents around the holder.

Disappointed
I love this propane fire pit but the igniter doesn't work properly. It goes out after 5 minutes. You have to push in the igniter in order for it to stay on. I wrote to the company and they have not responded. It's so disappointing. It looks really nice but doesn't stay on. I don't know what to do now.

Terrible customer service for broken pieces
Terrible customer service. Our fireplace came with a broken piece. They were at first willing to send a replacement part, then said they were out of stock. They refunded my money. But as I stated to them, I bought this on a Black Friday sale. The refund issued will not cover having to replace the entire thing. They were unwilling to help remedy this situation. Terrible. Will never buy anything made from this company again.
