I liked that Building instructions where straight forward also like how it looks ounce it's built. Do recommend getting a cover for it. Overall great choice for the money

Everything is great; Ignitor, Easy Assembly, Highly Effective and Highly Efficient both. And looks just as great! Wish I could show a photo or video using it. Very impressive indeed.

Easy assembly that took about 30 minutes. All hardware was included and even a small screwdriver. Everything was packaged very well in a lot of styrofoam and with metal corners in the shipping box. No damage at all. Provides a lot of heat, especially on high - I actually wish the lowest setting would go a little lower. Probably could have used a little more lava rocks, but will be replacing the rocks with fire glass so it doesn't matter. Overall very pleased - Black Friday sale made it even better!

This fire pit creates a lovely outdoor gathering point. Assembly wasn't too difficult. Some of the pictures were unclear, but we figured it out. We like the fact that the propane bottle is hidden inside and that there are no tripping hazards. When not in use the cover also provides an extra tabletop. The only downside is that the heat is best felt while standing or if you had higher chairs. Overall I would recommend it!

It took 3 times to order this product before I actually received it. First package never arrived second package got cancelled. The third order finally arrived. It was really nice once we did receive it. However now I have 3 charges on my credit card! And there should only be ONE! That's ridiculous!

the item put together and the dial does not fit properly to turn the fire pit off on and reduce flame. the dial is made of plastic . would not want to force on and not comfortable using without appropriate fitting dial.

We are enjoying this- especially as the nights get cooler. It doesn't give off that much heat (unless you sit VERY close) and there is a bit of a “something burning” smell that we can't figure out. We've only had it for a short time so we will see if it hold up!

Terrible customer service. Our fireplace came with a broken piece. They were at first willing to send a replacement part, then said they were out of stock. They refunded my money. But as I stated to them, I bought this on a Black Friday sale. The refund issued will not cover having to replace the entire thing. They were unwilling to help remedy this situation. Terrible. Will never buy anything made from this company again.

We purchased this in Feb. 2026 and used it 3 times and now will not ignite. We have tried all the trouble shooting in the manual and still no luck. Man i sure hate to trouble myself with returning this thing back to walmart. OF course no phone number to get help in the manual. I would not purchase this item or any related to this company.

I love this propane fire pit but the igniter doesn't work properly. It goes out after 5 minutes. You have to push in the igniter in order for it to stay on. I wrote to the company and they have not responded. It's so disappointing. It looks really nice but doesn't stay on. I don't know what to do now.
