I have never experienced a bullet-shaped ice cube before. I found the sensor to be absolutely effective in preventing ice from overflowing. The self-cleaning function was extremely easy to use. I love the ice maker because I have ice all summer long in this hot Las Vegas weather.

I've had it for a week now and use it almost everyday and works great. I learned by putting water into a pitcher and keeping in the fridge overnight. Putting that cold water into the machine helps the making of ice more rapidly and overall helps the machine not run as hard as if it has to chill the water at the same time. Placing on a clear countertop with plenty of room around it 360 degrees free and clear helps with the fans not running as hard and also makes the machine run better and more efficiently.

Only thing I didn't like was the noise

For the price it is good, and compact doesn't take up much space it is faster than regular ice cubes and pretty self explanatory not complicated at all

It functions great. I love the size of the cubes. The only thing I would address is the holding area for the cubes, which is not insulated to prevent the cubes from sweating. As a result, when i put them in the freezer, the cubes freeze together, so I have to break them up before I can use them.

i thought i had made a good purchase to keep me in ice because my refrigerator didn't have the option . but now i am so disappointed in what i bought thru Wal-Mart. My ice maker only makes 2-3 ice pieces and does not work after such a short time! So disappointed in it and Walmart

I have never heard of an ice machine that doesn't keep the ice cold. The fact that you have to remove the ice right away and put it in a freezer was mind blowing. I decided since I already received the product just to go ahead and use it. It does make ice fairly quickly but the ice quality is crappy. The ice melts fast and breaks to smaller pieces easily. Within the first week the water level sensor stopped working so it will continue to make ice with little to no water. Meaning we have to keep a close eye on it so we don't burn up the water pump.

Returned to store to get a refund because it didnt work. Was told the only option was store credit but not the usual way with a gift card. Instead was told it would go on my Walmart account. Was told the refund would be available in 4 hours or at the MOST it would take 7 to 10 business days. I returned the it on October 9, 2024. It is currently January 18, 2025. I have still not received my refund.

BROUGHT IT FOR MYSELF AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. DIDN'T INBOX UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF FEB. BY THE BEGINNING OF APRIL I KEPT GETTING THE CLEAN LIGHT ON EVEN AFTER I CLEANED IT. NOW IT'S NO LONGER WORKING. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY MONDAY FOR 3 WEEKS BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AS TO WHEN THE NEW ONE WILL ARRIVE. JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY'RE OUT OF STOCK AND WOULD REFUND ME MY MONEY LESS USAGE FEE. WHAT USAGE FEE? I STARTED USING IT THE MIDDLE OF FEB AND IT STARTED HAVING ISSUE IN APRIL. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GET ONE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. PLUS THEY WILL ONLY REFUND THROUGH CASH APP. NOW THAT'S FISHY. THE MODEL IS SLIM26B. DON'T BUY THIS BRAND. I LOVED IT WHEN IT WORKED BUT THE RUNAROUND IS FISHY.
