does not drain like it should

This dishwasher came to me broken. It's leaking all over from the bottom of the unit and in a constant state of E7 error. Everyone seems to be making me jump through hoops to get a replacement. They want pictures and videos and if one more person asks me if I've checked the hoses, I'm going to scream. I tried sending the pictures and videos, but even their app doesn't work. ITS BROKEN. Ran once and leaked all over my floor. I paid good money for this unit and, plain and simple, want a replacement. Apparently I've got a better chance of winning the lottery. The only thing that will make this right is a NEW UNIT. One that actually works. I'm done calling people, emailing people, contacting them through their useless apps. I want a new unit. Period.
