Philip B Peppermint Avocado Volumizing Shampoo, Peppermint, 32 fl oz

I found this shampoo in 2020, and it is the only shampoo I've tried in years that will control my dry scalp.

LOVE this shampoo! Pricy but very thick so you only need to use a pea sized amount. I have plaque psoriasis and helped my itchy scalp immediately!

Excellent product

I'm not always a fan of peppermint scented products but this smells great, it is very livening in the morning. This lathers and rinses well, the mint makes it feel a little tingly too. It does an excellent job of deep cleansing my hair, I will use it a couple of times a week when I'm using styling products and it leaves my hair soft, clean and undamaged. A bottle of this lasts for ages and you can get mini bottles of it too which is great!

I finished one the past summer and bought a new one for next summer, favorite shampoo during summer time. It fresh the scalp. every time I use it, I would like to leave on for five minutes to let it set on my hair, and after five minutes, I felt so fresh.

This is an excellent shampoo that does what it's advertised to do. The volume it gives is absolutely incredible. The cleansing action works as well and manages to remove all product buildup. The scent is fresh, not overpowering and it feels wonderful on the scalp. A little goes a long way.

I have poker flat, baby fine hair & I love the scent of peppermint for its invigorating effect so it's like this was made for me!! It was part of a set (they made ones that were & weren't paraben free & of course I went for the sulfate-free version ;) I used, prior to home colouring my hair (the day before) as I thought the “clarifying” part would be effective to get my hair set for dying. It worked quite well for that I'm assuming as my colour was vibrant & I plan to use the next time I colour again as the last time I used someting else, & didn't get the same results. As per the volumising, I know my hair didn't feel weighed down, & despite not using any other products after (remember this was prep for hair dye) or using a hair dryer (which is a way to help create volume too) I just let my hair air dry. It felt soft & silky (one of the few benefits of my hair type), but it didn't feel too wispy or that ummmm.... sort of “fly away” feeling. I plan to use prior to colouring my next go, & then again shortly after so I can try w/a hair dryer & other styling products to get the full-effect, but even if I don't & decide to use something else & reserve this as merely a pre-dye shampoo or for when my scalp is feeling itchy (I feel that's someting else this will help with), I still love this shampoo & feel it's another brilliant Philip B. creation that can be used by any human & not merely gals. It's fab indeed!!

This Peppermint/Avocado shampoo was just what my hair needed. It leaves your scalp tingling and feeling really clean, plus the scent lingers for a while. It seems to have helped my hair not be as frizzy as well (naturally curly hair). I will probably be buying this in the near future and adding it to my stash of favorites

Bought two travel sized versions to try out before investing in larger bottle. Didn't even notice it had SLS in it, which I hate, so that was a fail on my part for not checking the ingredients first. Tossed them in the trash and glad I didn't buy the large bottle!
