Philips 3200 LatteGo Super-Automatic Espresso Machine, Black, 15 bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited when I got my new coffee machine, when I opened the box I was a little daunted by the huge instruction booklet and set up procedure. However it turned out to be easier than I first thought and I was quickly and painlessly ready to go. I've had gorgeous latte macchiatos with just the push of a button, black coffee for something lighter, and all super easy to adjust the strength to taste/time of day (I need the caffeine kick in the morning). The drinks are lovely and hot, my previous coffee machine made them Luke warm at best, There are no complicated user steps, simple as just a couple of button presses to get a great cup of coffee. Only downside for me so far is the sizes, Even the biggest cup size is still a little too small for my liking, but I just have 2 now I'm not paying £5 a go! I'm really pleased and impressed with this machine. I now get coffee shop fresh ground coffee at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent machine, easy to set up (took about 15 minutes to set up out of the box), use and clean, but more importantly the coffee taste fantastic and can be adjusted easily to suit taste. This machine is stunning to look at, I just love the black and silver which compliments my kitchen and other appliances. It feels solid and well made, works exceptionally, and produces first class coffee with little fuss. I'm really impressed with overall quality of the espresso, the shots brewed up pretty fast and it came out hot and creamy with a nice crema on top. The latte macchiato tastes amazing and the milk froth and crema it creates is outstanding for a home machine. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this machine. It delivers coffee shop standard coffee at home for a fraction of the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit daunted about setting up this machine when I opened the box. However when I got it all out and started the set up process it was actually quite simple and didn't take long at all. Once set up I have made my 1st latte macchiato and it was delicious. Again simple to operate and really easy to select desired strength and drink size. The only thing I would say is the initial coffee grind and milk steam is a little loud, but not overly excessively so. The large drink option is not that large so if you like a big brew then may need to do 2 cycles. It's really improved my morning brew and I'm really pleased with the simple to use functions.

This machine makes great coffee and is very easy to use but it has a couple of issues. First, it frequently reports that the water tank needs filling when the tank is half full and fully inserted. Second, it's not possible to make frothy milk without dispensing coffee. One more button to dispense hot frothy milk only would have been genius and made frothing hot milk to make hot chocolate easy. Also the hopper is awkward to fill if the machine is positioned under a cupboard. Pulling the machine out from the wall is a necessity. Finally, there is a little water leakage onto the bench so it needs to be stood on a bench mat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once received this product the packaging was very easy to unpack, I found that the machine it self looked very complicated until I downloaded the app. At first I thought it would be quite easy to install and use without difficulty's but my first impression was it would take me a long time to learn all the features.. once I went through the app and followed step by step it actually worked out well in the end. Love the taste of all the coffees but the latte is just my favorite all time..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this machine free to test in collaboration with Philips. The machine is really easy to use simple steps and easy touch buttons to select your choice of coffee, strength, etc. The frothy milk is easy to produce and works really well. The beans are easy to add and have a storage space so you don't need to add each time unlike the ground coffee. The machine is easy to clean following use and very limited mess when cleaning the different parts. There are a couple of downsides to the machine, is it fairly loud at times and although selecting a large cup we need to run the choice twice to get the desired amount of drink. In comparison to our old coffee machine this far out ways the ease of making your desired coffee and also less mess as we had to use pods. Overall I have really enjoyed using the machine and drinking fresh coffees, also the hot water function is great and we have been using this when making a tea or when needed for other various things.

Arrived on time as promised. No instruction manual included, just a fold out "how to set up" set of instructions. The QR code for help takes you to the Phillips home page and on my Iphone could not navigate to a Manual. From a PC I was able to search out and hunt down and print a manual. The QR code SHOULD take you to the Instruction Manual! This is a complex machine and a good manual is required. Machine seems to work fine , most of the time, but a few times will not add coffee when Capicino is selected.

No directions provided on how to male drinks. Makes a quarter of a cup and coffee is all over the inside. Obviously something is broke on this.
