Philips 4-Device Backlit Universal TV Remote Control in Brushed Black

Lost my original remote and dreaded getting a replacement. I'm 74 yrs old and can't say enough about how easy this model is to set up with all my devices.

Overall easy to set up and logical to use. I definitly like the backlit feature as well since there are plentiful buttons on this model so I won't be finding the correct one by feel alone in a dark room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Philips Universal Remote Control about a month ago and I am so happy I did. I love the fact that I can control 4 different devices to include tv, dvd or blu Ray, streaming, and I only need 1 remote for everything!! It sure makes life easier not having to grab a gadget for all of devices that are hooked up!! Also it has a LED backlight that lights up very well at nighttime or in dark areas! I love it!!! It's also easy for the kids to use which is a huge plus!

That means multiple remotes to keep track of. That's not fun at all and invariably, one seems to always get lost. I'd lost my TV remote and this remote was perfect for the bedroom. I was able to add my TV and other devices to it easily. It was easy to program and set up by following the instructions that came with the remote. Now I only have to keep track of one remote! One other wonderful thing about this remote is that it's backlit. It makes it much easier to use in a dark room and at night!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I lost my tv remote about a year ago and I just never replaced it I've been getting up and down to turn it on and off and the volume up and down, that was until I got the Philips 4 device streaming compatible remote in blushed black color. It requires 2 AAA batteries to work. And it is so easy to use and set up! It comes with a list of codes to use to set up the remote which made it for fast activating. I was able to set it up to my Xbox as well as my Magnavox tv. The buttons are very nice and easy to press, you do not have to push them too hard to get them to work. What I really love about this remote is that if you are not using it within 8 seconds, it will automatically shut off to save your batteries. I really am enjoying this remote; I love the ease of use it takes, and how long the batters actually last in it. I highly recommend it.

It is feel is good in your hand and reaching the buttons you use most are well within reach. I like the white backlit LED lighting and you can read the buttons when lit. This Philips remote is easy to program from the long list of devises supplied. I think you will like this remote.
