[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great remote that connected with my TV very easily. All of the buttons are well placed and overall this feels likes a great remote that I plan on using for a long time. This is a great remote and I would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in need of a universal remote for the TV in my family room, and didn't think this was anything that would ever excite me, but I was definitely wrong! It needs 2 AA batteries, which are not included. During setup, you are first instructed to download the MyTouchSmart Remote Control app, which then guides you through programming all the devices you need to connect to the remote (up to 4). If you don't download the app or are unable to, they provide you with a website to go to for setup. Using the MyTS app, it first has you set up the lost remote feature, which allows you to use the phone app to find the lost remote by it emitting a loud beeping noise. Definitely loud enough to be heard even when buried deep in a couch cushion. It then guides you through setting up all the devices you want connected to the remote. I set it up for my TV (Vizio), Bluray player (LG) and cable box (directTV) and it works flawlessly. We only have amazon streaming devices so were unable to connect for that, but the remote clearly advertises that it does not work for those devices so I have zero reason to deduct any stars for that. It does work with roku, apple tv and a handful more streaming devices though so anyone who has one of those you are in luck. Super happy with this remote and very excited to lose it for the 1st time so I can use the app feature beyond just testing it out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok well we needed a new remote since our dog kept using the tv one for a chew toy. Lol but this remote is awesome and super easy to use. We set it up and it's works so good and the best part we also have a Phillips tv in our family room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a universal remote, and this one is great!! It's super easy to set up through the ap on your phone that you download. It can control up to 4 different TVs. You can even use the ap to find the remote if you can't locate it. My kids are always hiding the remotes, and now I don't have to spend tons of time searching for it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked great for us and set up was incredibly easy. We were able to get it connected to our Vizio smart TV, our Panasonic bluray player and our off brand sound bar with no issues. Super easy set up and easy toggling between tv/Blu-ray/sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Bluetooth programmable remote recently and found it to be super useful . I have roku and Apple TV and my coffee table is full of remotes since each of them require their own remotes . but with this remote I can connect both my devices . It can be programmed with an app on your phone which is super easy and to top it all it is easy to find when it gets lost under the pillows or children hide it while playing. Highly recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this remote specifically for my bedroom. We have a TV, Xbox, and audio device that all require a different remote. I was constantly losing remotes and having to switch back and forth between remotes. Now I can browse Netflix, control picture settings, play and pause, change the volume, and so many other things without having to juggle three different device remotes. I can even add another device if I want to! This has streamlined my bedtime Netflix routine and I can't say enough good things. Also since it has Bluetooth capabilities, you can literally ping your remote to find it in case you lose it. I wish I could give this 10 stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try this remote control, especially that I have a Samsung TV and the remote control was losing the battery cover so I was hoping to use this to replace my old piece. I set up and paired the remote control following the instruction, but only to find it does not work as expected. After re-setting and re-paring for a few rounds, the only working buttons are the on/off, volume up and volume down button. It showed a "not available" message when I press any other buttons on the remote control. This is the first Philips product I feel disappointed about, I really hoped it would work but unfortunately it didn't.
