So far I'm enjoying my new tv. I've never had a roku tv and it's quite nice, the pictures very clear, the sound is great which makes me happy. How long it will last? Who knows, but I did get smart and get the warranty. If asked would I recommend, I'd say yes..very nice and I enjoy nice things."Who doesn't ".
Honestly, I just wanted a cheap 43 inch Roku TV. My 2 yo Westinghouse Roku from Best Buy broke already (lines across the screen that ate unfixable), and that's ridiculous. For the price, this one so far is just as good, and hopefully better, than the Westinghouse.
The item was on sale and had the lowest price of any similar item. Arrived very secure with no damage to packaging. Was very easy to install and set up. Had a cool feature I haven't seen before that offered to set up additional devices during the intifada set up of the TV itself.
This TV is almost perfection—size and all around quality!!! The setup is a breeze—ready to go out of the box!!!
Nicest Smart TV I have ever had as far as performance and picture clarity. I'm only Phillips TVs from now on.
So far one of my best tv purchases. Clear picture and the sound is first quality. This was a great buy at a great price.
Good picture and volume, easy installation, I like that it works with Google Assistant. Cons: the Roku remote is tiny and difficult to use if you have hands larger than a 6 year old. Difficult to use the remote without hitting the volume buttons or the mute button.
Doesn't come with mounting screws like the original ones (not from Walmart) do—not sure if Walmart decided to save few Pennies or not but that's just stupid. Anyways. Tv is very light, good for mounting, and I know Philips is a good brand let's just hope this tv will last several years—if it does it's worth the price. I will never buy 4k since our eyes can't actually capture that type of resolution. It won't know the difference between 2 and 4k. Most anyone should go is 2-3k and that's stretching it. 1080p is where you want to stay at. Don't destroy your rods and cones in your eyes by adjusting to higher resolutions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm somewhat pleased with this TV. Great picture and I like the way it scans internet for channels. Sound is a bit tinny so I added a philips sound bar and woofer which sounds much, much better. I hooked it to the TV using HDMI(arc). Half the time it won't come on with the TV. Also when the sound bar is on, the TV volume has a very slow response. If the processing in the TV was faster, I don't think there would be any problems.
It's a nice TV but beware that it you have AT%26T/DIRECTV it is NOT COMPATIBLE. You have to use 1 remote control for the channels and your TV remote for the volume. AT%26T/DIRECTV LIED when they were called about the compatibility of using a smart TV. I didn't want to use it as that, but you can't prog
