Great Price - Love the TV

Kevin October 1, 2022

No need for little black boxes anymore! Just plug it in and log in to all of your favorite streaming sites. Don't know much? Google Assistant is right there to help!

Beautiful!

Cat June 22, 2021

Beautiful. She's so pretty! I love my new tv. The only thing that creeps me out about it is that it can turn on your PS5 automatically RIGHT when you turn on your TV. Kinda annoying too.

Walmart's service has improved a lot, but is very dissatisfied with the delivery service: the deliveryman just put the package outside the door of the building without ringing the doorbell to notify the customer. This is the case for all customers in this building every time. It is very easy to lose the package. , And the loss is your company's.

Picture quality is good

bimmers0 November 8, 2022

it's not a high end, it's cheap. But build quality is good and ,the most important, it's eye-friendly, unlike other cheap 4K TVs difficult to adjust picture settings to make your eye comfortable. Colors look natural and bright. The only problem found is the remote control, too easy to get minor scratches on the back side.

Nice TV

UncleOzzie June 4, 2021

I purchased this TV b/c it was rated 4.5 stars, it fit in the available space, and was reasonably priced. In addition, it supports 2198p HDTV. Assembly and setup was simple. The video quality is VG. The audio quality is OK. I'm happy with my purchase. What else matters?

picture quality good, sound is mediocre

Sauer Kraut August 30, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] picture quality is great for a TV of this price range; however, the sound quality is poor. speakers cause vibration even at low volume. Easy to fix with a sound bar. TV would be a good TV for a rental property

Warranty service leaves a LOT to be desired

Gabrielle October 9, 2022

We enjoyed this TV for roughly 11 months. It does have limited space and even though there's a USB port on the back, it doesn't seem to recognize an external hard drive as extra space for apps. Still we enjoyed it with apps like Disney , Hulu, YouTube, etc. We could watch live TV, too with an antenna. Now we can't watch anything as it's stuck in a boot loop. We get the Phillips logo, the Android TV logo, then reboots and does the same thing over and over. Thus far, Phillips' warranty service is stuck on the fact that we didn't buy it at a store address. We bought it at walmart.com. We didn't get a paper receipt. So they rejected my Proof of Purchase thought it had all but 1 thing they required: a store address. Sorry no pics of when the TV worked. If and when Phillips fixes or replaces or TV, I may change my rating and review.

Won't purchase this brand again.

Kimberly December 9, 2022

The moment this tv was brought home, it has been plugged into a Philips brand surge protector. Not a common power strip, an actual surge protector. It's now been 6 months from purchase and just had a brief power outage. Tv will not turn on. It's making a high pitch noise. Tried a different outlet. Still nothing but the noise. The other 2 items that were plugged into surge protector are completely fine without any problems. but tv is toast. Phillips products used to be fair quality items. Used to be. I won't buy another. Seriously disappointed.
