This product has a very good picture. At first the Nettv did not work, but now it is working & I really like all the apps. I am still learning all the features. We do not have cable and use an antenna and am very happy with the picture quality.
I love this TV. The picture is beautiful and the sound is great. If I had on complaint, it would be the fact that there is no RCA output. This would be helpful for connections to my older electronics.
User interface is designed for simple and easy use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Not enough apps to choose from for a smart tv just like the dvd players, better off buying those and cheaper.
TV sound, picture and User Interface seem decent, but this has major issues with the software. I could connect to internet (usually, but did experience some intermittent issues with even that), but: 1. Netflix player fails every time (support said this is known issue which requires software update). 2. Software Update fails every time and via every method (wireless, wired, USB). --support was unable to help me, we tried various resets, deactivating and reactivating Netflix, redoing the USB file, nothing helped. I've spent 3+ hrs trying to get this TV to work properly. I thought my problems might be a one-off, but I see some other reviews mention the same problem with software updates. As a Software Quality Engineer, I am shocked they would ship with such a major bug -- not being able to update the software/firmware will prevent them from fixing any bugs (like the netflix bug) since affected users cannot receive the updates. This TV is probably fine as a TV and if you like the included Net Apps for short videos, but if you expect to use it significantly for internet (and especially with Netflix), this is probably not the right TV for you.
Good picture but very poor sound. Not good for an open space to watch movies or music videos. Only good for bedroom at night at best.
