Definitely a good buy, I was out searching for a high refresh rate tv. I was very impressed to find one that's designed for Video games without paying for the frame type prices... the tv is smooth, fantastic color saturation, great speakers, has its own settings for video game mode. You won't be disappointed I promise!
At the sale price of 280ish that I bought this at it was amazing. Does it have the best picture quality with OLED and high class features? NO. This TV isn't competing with 2k priced sets. What it does have is a fast responsive UI. The best most well support TV os in Google TV/Android tv OS. And and a gigantic amount of apps due to said OS. Plex, Kodi, Hulu YT tv etc anything you could get on your phone. This TV is a complete entertainment center pkg. Picture is 4k and with 144hz on specific HDMI connections its more than what most consumers would need unless you're a hifi nerd. Even at that the picture on this thing is better then any tv to come at this price point I've seen. Sound is great has a nice though not really robust set of settings for picture and sound. At under $500 the total set of features and quality is way more than other 1k sets I've seen. Great TV for smaller rooms and even bigger rooms if you aren't going to the gigantic 65-80 inch monsters.
This tv is able to do 144hz @ 4k via hdmi port 2 and 3. I spent a lot of time researching and was hesitant on buying because there is no way to confirm even the manufacturer states only 60hz is possible at 4k via hdmi. I am leaving this review to let people know it can do it just have to use port 2 or 3 and have a 2.1 hdmi cable. Not a big fan of the Google TV interface as it limits the apps that are available compared to Roku (which I like better). But still a great tv.
This is probably the best and smallest 4k tv for the price and it shipped fast! My ps5 runs very smoothly at 4k resolution the entire time with no frame drops whatsoever. Hdmi 1 is the only Hdmi that has game mode available, so if you have multiple consoles, you might want to pick up a Hdmi switcher that supports it.
so i like the tv works great sound is fine but i have tv connected to my pc and i have a amp, the one thing i did not like is you have to change 3 things in settings and 2 thing in nvidia/amd control to get 144hz and it doesnt tell you that, other than that the tv is amazing for the price!!
Not a bad TV at all especially getting it on rollback! Only issue I really have is having to point the remote directly at the TV or else it may repeat the last input you pressed. And for those who are having trouble with getting it to maximize your hz(fps) make sure to use HDMI 3 and not eARC, your settings are set up correctly (Game Mode On), and you have an HDMI 2.1 or higher cable.
It says 144hz gaming and streaming tv, but only has hdmi 2.0, no hmdi 2.1 which is required to use the 120/144hz. In short, i thoght i was buying a gaming tv that would give me 120hz on console, however it is limited to the physical input of the hdmi 2.0.
This was my first experience with a QLED TV. I did feel the difference was noticeable, having a clearer definition. OoB colors were red shifted and overall too warm. But that could have been calibrated. For audio it does support ARC/eARC. Though never got far enough in the setup to test it out with our 5.1 receiver. Has 3 HDMI inputs composite via a supplied 3.5mm breakout cable. No component video support. The Google TV aspect seemed responsive, when was finally able to set it up. It's a standardized UI so not much else to mention about it. But TV refused to connect to my main router or AP. Fortunately it does have wired ethernet, but WiFi is broken. The Achilles heal though is TV does not have an IR receiver so can only be controlled via bluetooth devices, such as the supplied remote. A universal/programmable remote is out of the question. Anyone with multiple accessory devices best plan to pull all their remotes out of the storage drawer. This gross oversight renders the TV nothing more than a brick on the wall. And if remote then gets lost TV is truly bricked.
received a bent TV. the photo shows all the dents. two stars because even in this condition it works I really liked the TV, it's a shame it's in such condition.
I really like how I was able to get the 120fps out of my ps5 pro. However on day two of having this tv I noticed some cloudy-type phenomena happening. When I first got it delivered I thought that the box looked like it was repacked and not brand new. It did still have all the tape on it and the energy sticker so I’m not sure if it was used or not. I’m disappointed in the quality of the screen.
