Philips 50" Class 4K Ultra HD (2160p) Android Smart LED TV with Google Assistant (50PFL5604/F7)

This is a great TV. At first there was no sound but you have to adjust the HDMI settings on the TV. Love the fact that you don't need a streaming device for this TV, just download all your streaming apps straight to the TV from the Google Play Store. It has Chrome Cast built in and you listen through your wireless headset by pairing it to the TV. I have the TV in my bedroom and can listen to TV through my wireless headphones while my wife reads.

Note if you got a firestick its not going to work in how they set up the hdmi ports on this tv if you wann mount it. Unless you wall mounted it inches away from the wall to clear the firestick. Im not using a firestick on it but mounting it with just spacers enough to clear tv itself and hdmi cable still hits the wall i didnt want to add any more spacers. Bottom of tv humps out. Overall i recommend this tv but if those things above are issues this isnt for you or just get a swing telescope tv mount and you are ok. I dont have the room for something to stick out that far where this tv is located.

The packaging is very flimsy, just the manufacturer's packaging which is really easy to get damaged. I was so happy when I saw the TV with no damage when I carefully took it our of the thin packaging box. There is not much instruction both in setting up the TV and operating.

Anyone whose Cable TV subscription is with Spectrum should be aware that the Spectrum Streaming TV App is not available for this device. Why . . . who can say? Horrible tv! I've had to reset it 4 times as it wouldn't connect to the internet.it would say connected but no internet access! Our Wi-Fi was working everywhere else. And every time I reset it and went through the whole set up process it would be connected just fine.then the next day it wouldn't be working again. Definitely going to return this item!

Received the TV damaged. It looked like the left front corner was dropped as the carboard was damaged. I got it plugged in, turned it on and found the quarter upper left side was dead with what appeared to be spider web cracks.. I am returning it to the store tomorrow.

I recently bought two of these TVs. Mine went out in less than a couple of days. My son's just went out. The HDMI ports went out on both of them. His lasted a little over a month. Can't return to a store without any hassle. This is absolutely uncalled for. I'm very, very, very, very disappointed about these TVs. I will NEVER buy any kind of electronic stuff from Walmart again. If I could give it zero stars I would.

This tv would not read my hdd or usb thumb drive as anything but possible extra storage for the tv. None of my files would show up, let alone play anything. Also, and eve more egregious, it wouldn't even pick up my laptop connected via an hdmi port. So there's no way i was gonna be able to keep this tv

This television is garbage. I bought this for my dad 10 Jun 2020 and it stopped working on 17 Sep 2020. He turned it on one morning and all he heard was the audio and no picture. I usually buy all of my televisions from best buy but I took a chance on something else and look what happened. I am glad I did buy the warranty because if I hadn't, I would have wasted my money. Now I have to go through the claim process and hopefully get my money back and never buy a Philips again. I would have felt better if something happened to the television after a year of owning it but not within three months. Save your time and your money and get something else.
