I love our tv. We shopped for two months . Finally decided on this one and a 32 inch both Philips. thank u for making a couple working folks a couple wonderful and affordable Philips products.
This is the best TV I have ever seen, android TV, lots of inputs clear colors, smooth operation, good remote control. The only drawback is that it has no mobile application to drive through.
finally got my Android TV. can connect all my devices together and easy to sign on and continue watching what we left off on the phone/tablet. plus you can add more apps which are easy to download. Product was received for free or at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
My order was delayed for about two weeks , we knew it was in the holidays when we made the order , almost cancelled my order, decided to call customer service iam glad we did they took care of the problem right away , we recieved the order in about 4 days , very happy with the TV , good picture for the price cant beat it, thanks Walmart.......
Well, first time I ordered online as soon as I set up tv there were 4 white spots scattered on the screen what a disappointment! I waited a week for it to arrive and this happens. But other than that the features are great. I was able to return the tv and I get the exact one without any spots. I'm glad I did bc I really liked that it has Chromecast installed and Google assist. Also its a 4k tv! Other than that the legs stand for the tv I'm not too confident about got to be careful.
I was so excited to get this television. Advertised add an ultra HD I expected a better quality picture. The one I watched in the store had a high quality picture that's the only reason I decided to make my purchase. It appears, that they are not consistent across the board. I can only use the remote from my office chair, which is closer to the TV than my sofa, which is less than 2 feet away. I had to wave it around in the air to change the channel or volume. Really disappointed!
I would not recommend this TV. I thought buying the Phillips brand for the same price as the off brand TVs would have been a safe choice. I was wrong. It had a buzzing noise coming from it. the colors were a bit dull. No matter what setting used. The black seemed grey. Had to return after the TV kept turning colors to black and white. The home menu was in color but Live TV and any chosen apps played in black and white. Changing the settings didn't work. I changed them and it went back to black and white. The Remote had a delay, even with new batteries. The processing is slow. I got a TCL Android Tv to replace this one. much better option. Black was black and moves so much faster. The best feature was the fact that the mounting holes are even with the whole TV. Most TVs now have mounting holes at the bottom of the TV. This makes it sit higher on a mount that is already installed. Even after replacing with an AndroidTV, I suggest a Roku Tv. I think the TCLs are the best option iut there now.
This tv started out good and all. out of no where it wont play any of the movie apps. netflix, Disney plus, etc. you can unplug and reset the tv or whatever and it will work for one episode and says it cannot reach netflix or whatever. it's not our wifi connection because we have a cheaper tv in our bedroom that plays all of the movie apps.
This tv stop playing whatever I am watching, then says “No signal” restarts the tv and it repeats. I bought this in October 2019, definitely trying to get rid of it ASAP.
This isn't the worst TV I've ever purchased, it's the worst thing I've ever purchased. It constantly disconnects from the internet, commands while using the remote are delayed (if you turn up the volume, nothing would happen then 10 secs later it kicks in and be on 10), it powers off on its own in the middle of movies then when it reboots the factory reset screen appears, the picture freezes but the audio keeps playing (this happens randomly and often); I could go on all day. Buy a Samsung instead.
