Easy and efficient!
It was really easy to set up. Perfect size, even a little thinner than its predecessor (which I was replacing because we lost the back cover). Everything works great!

Better than the other brand remote control
Better than the other big brand remote control that we had for a couple of years and hated. The buttons are softer, and the button layout is intuitive. I hope it will stay like that. Overall, happy with the purchase. I should have switched a long time ago, but I did not know this was available.

it connected to my tv pretty quickly, so thats a plus. i just dont like the shape. its super thin at the front and long so it doesn't fit in your hand very well

Cheap!
This remote sucks. After a month of using it, it stopped working. Thought it was the batteries. Nope It's just the remote. It's cheap! Don't buy this piece of crap remote you'll regret it!
