Shipping was fast i ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived on a Tuesday. TV arrived in great shape box looked fine. Love the the tv i had a 65 4k visio and this tv is on a whole different level , GRATE PICTURE , LIGHTING, SHARP COLORS, 4K , FASTER RESPONSES no delay like my viso this TV IS JUST WOW .
Tv is great!! Came perfect %26 have not had any problems with it yet. I mounted it myself %26 it’s huge too! So far so good. Also got a 4 year warranty which I think is worth it, just in case anything does go wrong with it. It’s Roku which is also nice. Got the 65in.
This TV is awesome there is zero lag time when you select applications. the Wi-Fi has an extremely strong signal. I have the TV in my barn about 80 m away from the Wi-Fi router and it gets perfect reception. The picture is amazing. Tons of channels on Roku.. I still prefer the FireTVs over Roku because you can side load applications like Kodi, PopcornTime, BeeTV, etc, but if you don't know what those are, then Roku is perfect for you. This is the best sub $300 65" tv that i have come across. I am soo happy with this tv!!
The TV is fine its the deliver that was VERY poor, they literally leaned the TV up against the garage door on the front of the house. We have a secluded front entry that would have been a MUCH better way to leave a brand new TV. Thank goodness we were close by and were able to bring it inside pretty quickly.
The tv itself is definitely decent for the price, I do have a 50 inch Samsung and there is definitely a difference in the audio. Over all a fairly good tv. Mine did arrive with a line going down the screen and I did return and paid a $50 difference for a Samsung.
i love the picture itself i don't like the fact I have to turn my tv to 35 or above just to hear different channels get lower for the price i paid i was expecting to have good quality never again i will stick with a Hisense TV over all wasted of my money 💰
I purchased this for a birthday gift in July 2023. It wasn’t opened until August 2023. When opened it was damaged. Walmart or the Philips company wouldn’t replace it., due the 30 policy. I tried several attempts to just get the item replaced ( not refunded) . I even presented WALMART RETURN POLICY. Walmart said the 90 day return policy EXCLUDED ELECTRONICS! I never seen this in the policy. Now I’m stuck with a damaged 65 inch PHILIPS TV🤦🏾♀️
FedEx should be ashamed of themselves!! This 65” tv showed up in a box that had been punctured SEVERAL times! Not to mention the fact the back of the tv was DENTED in multiple times AND the screen is actually popping out of the frame in the front causing WHITE spots! This was a CHRISTMAS GIFT RUINED! Now I have to wait until after Christmas to receive a “new” one. Never again will I order something like this online!!
Heed the warnings everyone is giving about the TV arriving broken. Mine was delivered and the box looked perfectly fine, but after turning it on, the screen was completely busted. Sadly I wasn’t able to exchange it for a new one. I could only return and it was sold out already so I can’t get a new one.
Item will be sent out for delivery without proper care and will be received curved/warped. Walmart offers this deal online and delivery only. You would think that with items this size, and with manufacturer requirements to be handled by 2 people, the appropriate accommodations will be made with the carrier. Nope! They sent out with FedEx and it is handled by only one individual driver. I left it in delivery instructions to be called or texted, where I could have provided assistance if necessary. Instead, without contacting me, this TV was delivered without notice and like most people, our delivery carriers like FedEx are only ONE person. It was evidently mishandled and received warped. The attached image was provided directly to Philips and it was deemed damaged. It may not seem significant as it’s hard to capture in a photo, but do you want to spend a couple hundred dollars for a clear defect? I attempt to contact Walmart via chat. From the start I am being rushed for a response, you must answer them within a minute or they threaten to leave. I am only offered a return option and a refund, you can’t replace it at your local store to be handled properly, where we deliver it to our home ourself with appropriate care. I am trying to detail to the support agent that return and refund leaves me nothing but inconvenience, and for me to order this TV again it will fall into the same loop of improper handling. But, because I did not read his messages and respond within 2 minutes, my chat was closed and it will not allow me to start a new one. Buy at your own risk. It appears I am stuck with what I paid for, a discount sale to receive a damaged product and terrible customer service.
