Philips 70" Class 4k Ultra HD (2160p) Roku Smart LED TV (70PFL5656/F7)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned the 70" for a month and we're quite happy with our purchase. Brilliant picture, good clarity and user-friendly Roku menu. I'll need to purchase a soundboard because, as with all big flat screens, it's not known foe theater sound. Also, if you're looking to standbinstead of mounting it your options are limited. Instead of two long bars, the stand rests on 4 feet with about 18" of depth. This made finding a stand of adequate size quite difficult.

I wish I knew this was an older model. This thing weighs over 65!lbs. My wife and I had to bring it in the house. After we got things organized and ready to take it out of the box we realized it was just too heavy for our cabinets so I need to return it for a newer lighter model. Never opened the box!

The TV itself is amazing; beautiful picture and I love the simplicity of setup and the roku menu is nice and clean and easy to customize. My HUGE issue with this tv is the audio...there is some setting that allows the TV to automatically connect to headphones for "private listening" and this is the default audio setting that overrides whatever other audio output you select. I never set up any bluetooth connected devices by my tv randomly connects to some "headphones" and I would get no sound from the tv speakers or my soundbar through the optical output. I checked all earbuds or any other bluetooth device in my house and nothing had the tv audio playing from it and the tv showed no connected devices so this was extremely frustrating. Took several days of the audio intermittently working and then not before I couldn't take the sound tease any more and returned it. I contacted Roku support and they couldn't figure it out and transferred me to Philips support and they couldn't fix it so recommended we return it. May be we just got a bad unit but man was this frustrating/disappointning!

Absolutely a disaster and not happy with process at all. I got my money refunded and never received a working Tv because of damage received during shipping and took weeks to even get a ball park estimate on receiving my replacement which never happened so I got my money refunded and bought from Best Buy

We chose the delivery option and the tv arrived completely shattered after we watched the crew on our ring camera rolling the tv end over end up our sidewalk onto the porch. The tv didn't even arrive on the day it was supposed to when I placed the order and had no warning before delivery so I wasn't even home. I'm sure the tv is great but just save yourself the headache and pick it up in the store.

Walmart has truly dropped the ball. I'm still waiting on my refund from a purchase made in March! I was sent a broke tv and I'm still having to wait on my refund. They don't tell you about the 3rd party people who are involved with delivery! The tv supposedly came from another state and in order to get your money back it has to be back in their warehouse in that state in order for a customer to get their refund is insane. The refund should be given as soon as it's scanned by the company Pilot that they used to pick up the merchandise from the customer. I don't have a tv or my money. This is poor customer service and I WILL never buy from them again.

I received it and it was cracked. I have bought another form Walmart before this one and it was cracked as well. No to mention I paid for someone to come mount the tv through the Walmart app. And it was rescheduled 4 times. Then when the guy came he has no ladder and son had to help him do his job. The worse experience all together.

Delivery company brought tv and told me the box was damaged. They opened it up and the tv was broken. Wish I would've looked at the reviews before ordering this tv. It looks as if everyone that has ordered this tv this year has had issues. Refused delivery and am now waiting for Walmart to refund my money.

My husband and I bought this TV, Philips 70" Class 4k Ultra HD (2160p) Roku Smart LED TV (70PFL5656/F7) on-line and the screen was busted. We are so disappointed. It came on time, we took it out of the box and turned it on and it was a a ruined screen,

This tv arrived with a malfunctioned screen and it has been impossible to get it replaced. There is no noticeable damage but the screen is just a bunch of lines and colors. I purchased the protection plan but both Walmart and Philips has given me the runaround on getting it replaced. In hindsight, I should have just returned it and gotten a refund but now it’s too late. This has been an incredibly frustrating process which shouldn’t be the case, especially if you buy the protection plan.
