Philips 75" Class 4K Ultra HD (2160p) Android Smart LED TV with Google Assistant (75PFL5604/F7)

I wanted to wait a few months to make sure I gave the most accurate review. I bought the tv when it was at a reduced price and I am so glad I did. The TV arrived with no issues on 4/8/21. the delivery company took extra care with it. The remote is not the best. So I bought generic phillips remote and it works better. I have seen a few issues turning the tv on if i haven't used it for a few days but otherwise great picture and sound. well worth the cost.

I like the tv as whole ..there few issue that buyer should be aware ,,you need measure not only length wise but also up and down from floor to top of tv ..the legs on this tv are WAY TO SMALL AND FLIMSY I find this to be a MAJOR DRAW BACK the did even put middle stabilize bar there just this two I MEAN WHEN I STAY DINKY LEG STANDS ..DESIGN FLAW ,,I wouldn't recommend anybody buy with CHILDREN to BUY this TV to dangerous.. IF ANYBODY DOES BUY ..BUY ONE OF THOSE CHILDREN SAFETY THINGS THAT ATTACHES IT TO WALL.. I JUST KEEP WONDERING HOW LONG BEFORE IT FALLS.. VERY SERIOUS DEFECT AND FLAW ..and if you buy this tv follow direction I did get the WARRANTY for no other reason than this awful legs ,,if you get this tv and you can drop ship to a store do it ..this shipping company is horrible I spend to TWO WEEKS contact the company after deliver due date has past ..every time I contacted them they had no idea where it was or how to find they did finally find it and deliver it and was in excellent condition ,,I was just not impressed ..REMEMBER THIS HORRIBLE DESIGN FLAW VERY THIN TV LEGS AND PLAN ACCORDING ACCORDING ..NO BODY WILL CHILDREN SHOULD BUY THIS TV TO DANGEROUS,,

TV was great! This was why I gave it 3 stars! BUT, Delivery was not organized. It wasn't even in our area in time for first delivery appointment that no one notified us of and we waited all day! The day I schedule delivery, it should have been here between 10 AM to 6 PM and it got here at 8 PM! These delivery people do not call and communicate!

The TV I bought was a 75 inch Phillips 4k now the picture quality is good it does show some pretty good 4k video. however the TV I received looked as if it was refurbished. The TV had a slight curve. I thought maybe the dresser or floor was uneven I'm not talking about curved as the cool samsung. It's curved back like it is going to fall back as well as the left side of the screen round orbs during very bright colors

Although it is typical Android it has more issues than typical. The picture is OK but it is not user friendly to the novice computer person. Additionally I have to reboot it one or two times a week. Out of the 5 flat screens I have this one is the only one that gives me problems.

i bought this tv in July or Aug of 2021. It stopped working in less than 6 months. i bought the insurance but it does not kick in until after the first year. im stuck submitting pics to philips over and over. Been doing so for the last month and a half.

This arrived today. It appears that it was damages. We found that there are several purple blurs on the screen when you turn it on. They are across the bottom and top of the screen. I am very disappointed. I saved for a long time to be able to ourchase this tv.

This is a terrible TV. I will be returning this unless they update Firmware in an few days. I Need to re-enter password on apps every couple of days. Doesn't connect to Alexa. Unable to control with iPhone/iPad. Chromecast doesn't work. Issue connecting to WiFi.

I was so excited to get this tv. Bought it back in April Bc I knew I would be purchasing my home soon. Got in my home in May and was getting the tv hung. The guy plugged it up before he hung it and it wasn't working. It cut on, but the light on the tv didn't work at all. I did get a warranty of course, but Phillips put you through h*** and high water just to get it fixed or get a refund. I'm now finally waiting on a refund and will have to purchase another tv. I really want to try this tv again but ima be so mad if I get another bad one.

I purchased this TV for my man cave and because I have been taking my time with getting things in order, college, and family, it took me 6 months before I actually opened the box and when I did, THE TV WAS LITERALLY BENT!! The top left side of the TV, as you are looking at it, is literally folded. Because it has been over 90 days, I now have to eat the $700 dollars I paid for it. It was a $1200 purchase because I also bought a TV stand and some of those parts were warped, but I managed to still put it together. The packaging foam was cracked and bent in the same spots the TV is. It's 1 am and I am very frustrated, upset, and mad!! I will attach photos of the TV and the packaging materials later today. I purchased on-line but will go by my local store in the morning and speak to a manager for options. I don't want a return, I want a TV that works and isn't bent/folded!!
