We were using the Phillips avent soothies prior and they were working fine, but he does have some eczema and overnight or prolonged use would cause his face to break out. That is not an issue with these due to the air holes on the paci front. It's also nice having the closed loop handle, since I can attach it to his shirt or stroller or whatever else and I know it's not going to hit the ground!

Some pros include the easy to use handle, the symmetrical shape of the nipple allows it to be used in either direction, and the large air holes allow my LO's skin to breathe especially since he is in his drooling phase. The only thing that I don't love about the pacifiers are the color and design options; they are not as colorful and bright as some others on the market probably due to the fact they are made with plant based materials.
