Purchased this for our newly installed updated kitchen. It was way above what we were looking to spend but the features and reviews were too hard to pass up. Well, they were right! The selections are great, everything taste wonderful and it is so easy to clean. Everything is self explanatory. Anyone that walks in admires the look and loves the selections! One of best choices we made in our new kitchen! 🤗

Being half Italian I am a coffee fanatic and love good quality coffee. I have had so many different coffee machines however this is brilliant because you can have barista quality coffee in your home in the touch of a button.. literally. This machine is so easy to use, clean and set up and the best part is you can save your favourite coffee and use the machine from the app too. You can make every single style of coffee imaginable all at the click of a button. It's on the pricey side however it's worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this coffee machine to everyone. You don't need to have any skill or knowledge about coffee to use this machine. highly recommend.

I just need milk, beans and water and I can create so many different types of coffees. Hot and cold and just pure espressos. The machines interface is very appealing, very user friendly. It's a touch and go machine and if you need more information, it will just pop up under the screen for you to follow. I love that you can customise drinks based on your own liking. You can adjust how much milk or espresso shots it gives your coffee. It doesn't take too much space on the kitchen top. The milk froth is good, it isn't like very smooth but just about right especially when you make cappuccino. Overall I love the coffee machine, its amazing and I will keep on using it.

It looks and feels like a premium coffee machine, and there are loads of options to customise your drinks just the way you like them. The first thing that stood out to me was how easy it is to use. The touchscreen is clear and responsive, and it's really straightforward to choose a drink or tweak things like the strength, temperature, and milk settings. I didn't need to spend ages reading the manual before making my first coffee. I was looking forward to trying the Silent Brew feature, and while it is quieter than other bean-to-cup machines I've used, I wouldn't say it's silent. I was expecting a bigger difference. That said, it's certainly not loud enough to be a problem, and the quality of the coffee more than makes up for it. Every cup has been rich, full of flavour, and tastes like the machine is getting the best out of the beans. One of my favourite things is the huge range of drinks available. There are over 50 hot and cold options, so whether I fancy an espresso, cappuccino, latte or even an iced coffee, there's plenty to choose from. It's also great if everyone in the house likes something different. The machine itself looks fantastic on the kitchen worktop. It has a modern, premium design without being over the top, and everything feels well built and thoughtfully laid out. One feature I don't see many people mention is that you can also use pre-ground coffee. There's a small hatch next to the bean hopper where you can add it, which is really handy if you want a decaf in the evening or fancy trying a different coffee without changing the beans in the hopper. Overall, I'm really happy with the Philips Aromis Series 8000. The Silent Brew feature didn't quite live up to the name for me, but everything else has been excellent. It's easy to use, makes consistently great coffee, offers loads of drink choices, and looks great in the kitchen. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality bean-to-cup coffee machine.

I have had this several weeks. It replaced my 5500 which I loved. The 8000 is aptly named because it does so much more and has so many more customization settings available to tweak your coffee to perfection. Similar workings as the 5500 so easy to clean and maintain and the 8000 actually lets you know when it's time to clean the brew unit or do a coffee oil removal, etc. and takes you step by step on the screen. The 8800 is connected to WiFi and receives and installs updates automatically. I especially like the 8000 user profile system much better than the 5500. I have used both the hot and cold milk carafes and they both work great. Haven't really had any problem or thought of anything I wish it had or did yet. Great product!

I found it straightforward to set up, with simple instructions on the app and on the machine's digital display. The digital display feels premium, making it easy to browse the extensive drinks menu. Drinks can be altered to the user's taste, and profiles can be used to save favourites. The milk canisters are easy to attach and detach, and I found it useful that these can be stored in the fridge to keep milk fresh. The coffee dispenser easily slides upwards and downwards to accommodate different sized mugs. The machine makes a bit of noise, but no more than you would expect of a coffee machine. I liked that the grinder setting was easily adjustable, meaning you can tweak this to get the setting best for your beans. The machine produces excellent quality coffee, and I have enjoyed both the hot and chilled varieties. Using this machine is a great experience from start to end.

Over the past couple of weeks I've carefully fettled the various settings that this machine has to offer - the aroma strength, grinder settings, temperature range - to consistently make my coffee turn out exactly how I like it. If I'm feeling more adventurous I can select one of the 50 preset drinks available which makes this machine perfect for making coffees for guests, without the need to be absent during the process, just a quick swipe on the super responsive 4.3" touchscreen and a couple of button presses and a fresh cup is ready within minutes as I welcome them to my home. The 1.6L (54oz) water tank and 275g (9.7oz) bean hopper results in being able to quickly make several cups without constantly filling the machine. The coffee machine quietly finishes my coffee and I mix my heated Oat milk into the cup, sitting down to yet another perfect blend. Clean-up is equally as easy, the dishwasher proof components can quickly be disassembled and the filter is good for up to 5,000 cups before needing to be replaced. The ability to have such an easy experience without sacrificing quality means the only issue I'm having is wanting to make cup after cup! Truthfully it's incredibly difficult to find any sort of criticism for this machine. It appears that every component has been carefully designed and no expense has been spared in quality, which is reflected in the price tag. If you're in the market for a coffee machine in this price range then the Philips Café Aromis 8000 Series has to be one of the best options out there, providing a compromise-free experience that quietly exudes quality.

It has been a joy to use and works great. I especially like the ability to customize my drinks using the touch screen. The touch screen is bright and easy to use, and the built in light makes night use easy. The design of the machine is modern and sleek, blending into my kitchen and the compact design lets it sit easily in place. The milk containers are easy to use and are easily swapped or placed in the fridge; with one button i can make milk drinks which is a delight. All in all, this is a great machine for anyone who wants a fully hands off coffee machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been testing the Cafe Aromis Series 8000 Philips Fully Automatic Coffee Machine for the past two weeks as part of a product test, and I've really enjoyed using it. The biggest standout for me is the quality of the coffee. The espresso is rich, smooth and full of flavour, and it's so convenient being able to make cafe-style drinks at the touch of a button. It's definitely made my morning coffee routine much easier. That said, I do have one small criticism. While the machine offers iced coffee options, I don't think the drinks actually come out cold enough to be a true iced coffee. They're more lukewarm than icy, so I still find myself adding plenty of ice afterwards and extra milk. Overall, it's been a great machine to test and one I'd happily keep using, especially for hot coffee lovers. If Philips could improve the iced drink settings, it would be close to perfect for me.
