Terrible
Bought a whole set up for a small fortune and the product quality is really poor. The latest is a £50 bulb that has developed a fault, suprise suprise, just outside the warranty period. I've effectively paid £25 per year for one bulb which is shocking value. Philips claim the light can be used up to 50k times, I've used it at most, 1k times! Philips customer service was shocking, they asked me a load of standard questions, asked for invoices, receipts and then when they figured out i was just outside the warrant, offered no help at all and just rudely fobbed me off. Steer clear of anything Philips Hue unless spending a forture on poor quality product is soething you enjoy.
