Excellent product and easy to used look great at my front door

Keypad Dims and you can't enter code for a while
It was easy to install but the keypad is very unresponsive and it's takes a couple minutes before I can enter the code to get into it. Had to take it off my door. I don't know if this one was just defective, but really frustrating because I liked the one time password feature.
