The built quality is very good, the product it self is very reliable. It comes with different attachments and makes it utilitarian. I just hope they'd put some light indicator for charging; so user would know if it needs charging or when battery is full. I always love Philips products and this shaver is another addition.

I'm writing this review about my second trimming kit. I now have two (2) of them. I was traveling and left the first one I bought at my sister in law's house, so as soon I got back home I bought another one, until she sent me the one I left by mail. This is the best trimming kit in the market, hands down, and now I have two of them. I'm extremely please with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought three of these trimmers, including one for my son. They are very versatile, but only last about 2 years. The charging cable is specific to this device, and not a common USB cable. That could be considered a pro or a con. I like the many attachments and the quality of the Philips brand name. I recommend this unit, which should be cleaned after each use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Figuring out how to switch the heads was easier once I understood the directions, but they don't recommend submerging the heads in water to clean them, so, I'm skeptical they'll ever be as clean as they could be with a good hot rinse; I do; however, use a multifunctional lubricating - sanitizing Oster brand spray product. The shaving head gives me a relatively close trim on my head, but it could have provided a closer shave, but then, it painfully lacerated, broke and bled my armpit skin, because the skin easily catches between the blades, so, if you like sharp, burning armpit pain - this product is for you. The nose hair trimmer was slightly more difficult to use than I had expected, but it eventually got the job done. I don't use the beard-grooming head, nor spacer-clips. I would recommend this product for anyone who doesn't mind pain with their armpit shave, and who doesn't need the closest head-shave, and is also willing to take more time to shave, since the head width is so narrow.

This device is really for trimming beards and facial hair. The clipper guards are way too small to trim the hair from the head efficiently. I purchased do to the name. I felt multigroom meant you had blades for head and facial hair. If you want to trim the hair from your head get something else
