All philips products will last years. This one will be another one. I love philips products. Everyone in my office asking me which product do I use seeing my clean head always :)

This razor is priced well and you get a great Shav
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] , this razor was giving to me as a gift and I like it because it is an exact upgrade to the one I had previously exact same model. I think it was a 3000 series and now I've got the same shaver which I came to love and I think I'm in the 6000 series now thank you for making such a good product!

Works great as expected.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a gift to replace my previous, now ancient, Norelco. This new one works great as expected. My only complaint would be that the charger cable does NOT include a plug.

Very quiet, easy to clean. Charges quickly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had norelco shavers, for many years. My old one was at least 8 years old. I decided to switch to a newer model this new model does cut better. My old shaver would last over two weeks on a charge. But I'm disappointed in this new one, it only lasts about 7 to 8 days. Was hoping I could get more days on a charge.

The shave quality is very poor.

I have a 15 year old Norelco shaver that has never had the blades changed and it does a better job than this new shaver. What model do i need to purchase to get a decent shave?

Thought the shaver would be better than the razor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shaver is pretty hard on a senior's skin, irritating the skin especially on the neck where the skin is not so tight! Gave the shaver to our house cleaner for her husband.

No Warranty cover on Shaver Head
Philips has not mentioned anywhere that 2 years warranty will not be given on the shaver head. What will the customer do if the blades of the shaver head get damaged within 10 days?

Worst since started using 60 years ago.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using Norelco about 60 years. Pictures show 2 new (4 months) Hated first so bought another.🤬 Other picture is my older razors which I love. Just wanted new ones. I'm 🤢 they've changed heads.
