customer service was excellent!!! 2013 was so much overtime that when i bought this razor iwas close to braindead. re-reading the easyinstructions as she said i was able to get the cut i was lookijng for.my suggestion is to start high (long wiskers) then adjust and go lower with the adjustable settings. i do highly recommend this product over the last razor i had. it does a great job for me...and ladies.. just help them get use to it, with the right cut... you know......ho, ho,ho,...happy turkey day.. iwas not paid for this review, except for i was happy to purchase this product. happy new year..i back at work.

A very nice shaver my husband loves it the one I had still works but don't stay charge very long have had it for a while. This one works excellent to shave and groom with.

I love the fact that it has attachments to do different types of trimming. The only down side is when using the trim guard to cut my beard the same length, don't tilt the trimmer forward or it will trim too close. Once realizing this I have adjusted for that. Over all, this trimmer does a great job!

Easy to use the only problem I have it has no carrying bag to have the parts in one place

This kit is definitely an improvement over its predecessor. It has been designed for ease. I highly recommend this product for anyone that wants a grooming kit.

I needed to replace an older model that was no longer available, and THIS ONE has done an exceptional job in completing that task!!! It works great with all of the attachments and does a fine job in taking care of business. I would recommend this trimmer/groomer to anyone, with no hesitation.

Trimmer works quite well, but the adjustments are hard to make on the adjustable combs. It takes a fine touch to get the exact setting you want. Once you find it, the trimmer does a good job. Not terribly easy to clean without losing the setting. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

While it fits my hand well, it is difficult to remove and switch the various heads. The battery life is poor, with an extremely long recharge time. The cleaning brush needs to be wider.

all the trimmers work well, and the motor has enough strength to do a good job without recharging. However the nose and ear trimmer attachment needs a redesign. It just wont cut the hair. I find that I still have to go back to the cheapie drugstore trimmer to do this job. Fix this one and you have cornered the market!

Can not be used for trimming as even on the longest setting it takes chucks of hair at random down to about 1mm- ive seen sheep have a more presentable shave/ trim! If you ever think about buying this product please try waxing your hair with hot candle wax- it will be a lot less painful!! The results are horrendous- philips have truly surpased themselves with this useless peice of plastic, posing as a multigroom kit!!!! DO NOT BUY
