It has taken milk craft idea to a whole different level. The LatteGo system tops the coffee with the right amount of creamy milk froth. You can adjust the amount of froth and temperature of the coffee with a simple one touch command option. Simple black casing with chrome accents and a touch display looks so fancy in a modern kitchen. It is compact and doesn't take much of space. I was always intimidated whenever I thought of having my own espresso machine, thought it would be technical and time consuming to manage keeping one. But with Philips, it is not the case, the command function is user friendly to operate. It is intuitive and super easy. Philips 3200 latteGo espresso machine is your answer for a shot on the spot in less than a minute. You can make 5 different types of Coffee, Latte, Macchiato, Cappuccino, Espresso and Americano. Another interesting feature is the ceramic bean grinder which can grind 12 different sizes. You get to choose to grind your beans from coarse to fine grinding. It comes with an Aroma seal and a silicon cover on top which helps to keep beans fresher and last longer and protects it from UV rays. It prebrews to extract more aroma and flavour which means that it moistens espresso grinds prior to brewing which adds to the flavour of the coffee. Last but not the least, LatteGo is easy to clean. To clean the brew part and the whole milk gear, you need to take out the brew group and the milk gear and wash it under tap water and put it back again. All parts are dishwasher safe as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great investment if you want Barista drinks at home and for plain coffee it's fantastic and the milk frother works well for Latte's turning out coffee cafe drinks every time. Easy to refill water tank and easy to clean used coffee grounds too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to set up, program how we liked our coffee and use. The one downside is that you can't see the designations and lines for the single cappuccino, latte, double cappuccino on the black area of the milk frother/dispenser. (See Attached Photo) It makes it very very hard to see if you are pouring in the right amount of milk. Make them white so they stand out if you ever update the model.

I was so excited when I got my new coffee machine, when I opened the box I was a little daunted by the huge instruction booklet and set up procedure. However it turned out to be easier than I thought and the first time set up completed within 10 mins time. The machine i very easy to use once it has been setup and it comes with 5 diff types of drink to choose. One thing to highlight is the latteGo system which make the milk very creamy and frothy. Beside that, the machine itself is very easy to clean thanks to most of the part are detachable and can be clean thoroughly. Yes, I recommend this product.

Cleaning also is easy and re assemble is easy. The innovative technology in making frothy milk is mind blowing. I never went back to biy coffe from coffe shops. I only use phillips day in abd day out.

I reminisce about the best cups of coffee I ever had; this is even better. So tasty, I have a second cup not because I need one but because the flavor is so divine, just excellent! This is a gift worth giving...to yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the 3200 LatteGo. I have only had it a couple of months but very pleased. I use it 2x a day so it's not heavily used. I would give it 5 stars but the milk doesn't get super hot and I wish I could make a larger size beverage than what is listed. I feel so spoiled having this espresso/coffee maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a decent machine, can't complain about the coffee it dispenses but the maintenance effort is A LOT. You'll have to google every single thing - when to put powdered coffee - it just dumps it if you put it when the machine is off. Not to mention the expense of coffee oil remover and the water filters. It's a recurring cost on top of the money you invest in the machine. Also, quality beans aren't cheap either. Also, it has to be cleaned every week. I had fungus thriving inside my machine on top of wet coffee powder that was stuck. Cons: 1. Doesn't dispense only hot milk or milk without froth. 2. Expensive maintenance. 3. Needs cleaning every week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So when I first got this the coffee was hot and it was only about a month ago, now the coffee hardly comes out strong or hot and the frother is useless it does not foam up the milk and it leaves half of the milk in there I am returning this I'm sorry I wanted to love it
