The product was easy to use, easy to switch heads, and easy to clean. Most importantly it worked. I used a nose trimmer with a rotary trim head in the past without a lot of success. This trimmer had a rotary, which was only semi effective, but it also allowed the cutting element directly. This worked, and w/o pulling. The previous trimmer pulled and cut when in this mode. The eyebrow trimmer worked well too.

A wonderful buy. This trimmer does the job. No tugging or ripping hairs that are in snsitive areas. The straight trim tool does a great job and I was able to trim nose hairs and some ear hairs with ease, The additional attachment, the round trimmer, finishes up the job, quickly and perfectly. The extra surprise feature was the trim guards for the eyebrows, perfect trim with no errors. After I finished, I took the attachments and ran them under warm water and all was good as new. I highly recommend this tool for the clean up job you once hated to do.

I purchased it thinking it will save my time and I will not required any skill but that's not true with this product. Yes! it is comparatively easy than scissors but don't give any better look than scissors.

The older model was so good I automatically purchased this version. After one week it's gone into the bin. It just doesn't cut. It also feels cheaper which I would accept if it actually worked. I should have read the reviews before buying. Goodbye Phillips. Welcome Remington.

I had a Philips model 3000 from several years ago, but back then the model 3000 came with a different head. Look on the site here at all the models and you'll see the old one (it has an orange stripe around the blade). That one cuts on only one side, but it does a good job of cutting close. I got good use from it for several years before the blades got too dull to use. Some people complain about that one that it can pinch sensitive skin in the nose, or that it was confusing that you had to twist the bottom to turn it on. Those were not significant problems for me. I avoided pressing it hard against the inside of my nostrils. But with this newer design no matter what I do, it just won't cut the hair! The teeth look too close together to let the hair in. There's no chance it will pinch your skin; it just won't cut much hair either! And forget about trying to use it to trim small areas around a beard. It completely fails to trim close to the skin, so you'll still have ugly stubbs left behind.

The worst nose hair trimmer I have ever used. I needed a replacement. Like a lot of other reviews, it does not cut close enough. For over 20 years I have used Phillips nose hair trimmers and this one would have been bad 20 years ago. I just trusted Phillips that it would be a great product, no longer will I trust that it will be a good product. I will be returning this one.

Got this to replace the Wahl nosetrimmer I'd been using for a while. Was excited to try this because it seemed a lot higher quality. While the construction and material are good, the actual nose trimming ability is awful. Brand new, straight out of the box first use and it pulled my nose hair so bad I had to stop. Don't waste your money on this product. Buy the Wahl at the same pricepoint instead.
