The Wiz Lightstrip has been a great addition to my home. Living in a condo in California, I don't have the extra space to have a bunch of floor lamps or table side lamps sitting around. I love that the strip comes with the sticky strip, ready for installation. I also enjoy the wireless plug-in option as the location I chose is not next to an outlet. I would recommend to anyone needing to add lighting to a space without cluttering it!

So I got this strip around my giant TV. It looks so great. It really helps with having low light and not interfering with your line of sight. I find myself leaving the light on for decoration. This has totally changed the whole feel of my living room with little effort and you don't even see it.

I am always looking for ways to brighten my classroom because I don't have any windows. I really love how bright this LED set is. I decided to use it as a border around my Promethean screen because it just is not long enough for a door border or to go around the ceiling. This is my only negative about the product. I really wish it came in much longer strips to avoid having to use multiple strips for a border. I would also suggest adding clips to the packaging for a more streamlined effect that stays put. Overall though, the lights added the fun to my room so I am happy.

I really like the idea of the Wiz Lightstrip starter kit with all the add ins. We couldn't find the app that allowed you to link and control the colors. Even without the app, you have a choice of a couple colors. We hooked it up to our camper for light under the awning and it was enough to see at night.

I gave this a three star because it requires a plug in. The description wasn't clear there. I need batterpowered.

The hubby & I tested this Wiz light strip. We've had the comparable strip made by a well known competitor brand for over a year. That being said, here are the differences we noticed. Cons: This Wiz strip fell off the back of our tv after only 4 days and won't stick back again. This defeats most of the purpose of having an LED light strip so I took off stars for that. We also noticed the colors are not as dynamic, sharp or as saturated as the leading competitor brand. Although, it's really only noticeable if they're side by side with the competitors brand. Pros: We actually like the Wiz app better because -It has videos & idea tutorials. -You don't just name the lights in it but also choose a coordinating icon. That really helps to differentiate them. -You can select a custom color and add it to your list for future use. -The app has a bunch of color scenes preloaded for you to use. -You can also use the app to schedule "scenes" to automatically turn the lights on/off at certain times and week days.
