I like the way it buzzes after each area of teeth is brushed. The front inside upper, the inside upper, the bottom outside and bottom inside then it turns off. Total time 2 minutes.
Easy to use, consistent, thorough.
Great price and fast delivery.
I didn't like it as much as the other one I ordered
I got the electric tooth brush from my wife for Christmas. I liked it so much I bought three as gifts for my gkids and a friend. They all love this electric toothbrush! Highly recommend. Your teeth feel really clean without having to brush hard to get your teeth clean. Let the brush do the work as you gently move it around and behind your teeth.
I've been using Philips Sonicare for more than 23 years, and my latest brush lasted more than 15 years before the power button became misaligned and sporadically responsive. This new one has a slimmer handle, which could cause problems for arthritic hands. It has a "deeper" vibration - if you've used a Sonicare before you know you become used to the feel and sound of the vibration and this one is different - not better or worse.I have a product idea. Instead of, or in addition to, the pause in vibration to let you know when to switch to the next quadrant of teeth, how about adding 1-4 light at the bottom of the toothbrush. I brush my teeth in front of a mirror, so with a light at the base, I could get both a tactile and a visual signal to move on.I think the $80+ price is steep for this technology that seems very simple to construct. I just hope I get 15 years use out of this new one.
I like the toothbrush but I was very surprised to see that it doesn't come with a plug!
cannot find charge port. phone number given in instruction is disconnected. instructions do not show location of charge port. how do i send back?
Works great when you get it, but they always break within about 6 months. We have had several between me, my wife, and our kids. Philips has replaced a few, but those replacements have also broken. As others have said, they pin that holds the brush head gets loose and stars making terrible loud noise. Stay away from this model. I have had other Sonicare toothbrushes that were great, but this model is junk.
This item has failed; I have used it since Jan 5, order number 1128600944-6022607.The main shaft is loose and not hold the brush head in place. This is not the sellers problem but the manufacturer in this case has a bad item. Can I get a replacement when I send this item back, if possible. The item should not break after such a short time.No one else uses this item, as I live alone. Please let me know what I can do.Should I send the product back to Philips? Thank you in advance for any help.Christine Beck
