Philips Sonicare 6000 Series Electric Toothbrush - Next-Generation Sonicare Technology, Pressure Sensor, 6 Brushing Settings, Smartimer, Brushpacer, Replacement Reminder, 21-Day Runtime, HX7401/04

I've been using Sonicare products for more than 20 years, and this model is the best I have used to date. Previous models have lasted me 5 years before requiring replacement, and the toothbrush does a great job of cleaning my teeth. The new pressure sensor is also a nice feature to let you know if you're brushing too hard.

Just had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist said she wished all her patients teeth were as clean as mine! My only wish for the toothbrush is some kind of silicone handle. Maybe silicone grips circling that smooth handle. I'm 73 and have had numerous hand surgeries, trigger finger and carpel tunnel and Dupuytrens contractures. I find the handle gets very slippery while brushing my teeth. I don't have the hand strength I used to. I use a wide rubber band around the handle now. This is my 3rd Philips toothbrush, I dropped one in the sink, it landed on the head and quit working. I can't be the only one with hand issues, right? Please think about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Phillips electric toothbrushes and think the “Two Pack” is a good deal. I think it's easier to use than my previous Phillips. The brush heads seem softer than the Phillips replacement C3 premium plaque removal brush heads I have purchased before. But features like indicating when brush heads need replacement is helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with my Sonicare toothbrush and how clean and fresh my teeth feel after use. I go for the full two minutes that is recommended by the manufacture twice a day. At check-up time with my dentist I'm in and out of that chair within 20 minutes with a full clean bill of health. The interesting thing is due to insurance changes I've needed to switch dentist 3 different times, and every dentist I've seen all have given me the same report! Which leads me to believe that between my brushing habits and my Sonicare is what has changed my dental visits. I now really look forward to going to the dentist for my checkup's because I know it's gonna be a breeze!!

Charging base is compatible with my Sonicare flosser! Uses same heads as my previous Sonicare toothbrush. The Sonicare toothbrush I purchased in 2019 was a top of the line model and the price showed it!. It ended up not turning on one evening catching me by surprise. I didnt want to spend that much money again and found this lower price model with fewer features most of which I never used. This toothbrush uses the same brusheads as the old one and the brushing feels powerful again. So far I have not yet had to charge it yet after nearly a month!

Have been using it about a month. The brush head is not moving like some of the electric toothbrush. The Sonicare Series toothbrush only vibrate. Hence, no or little harm to the gum. Unless brushing with force. The battery life is good too. The only dislike is the toothbrush replacement is costly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It definitely has a faster stroke/min. The battery does not come close to lasting 21 days/charge. To get what they say is improvement in dental health, plaque and gum health, you brush for longer over the lower priced models. The bristles are way harder so that has some sort of affect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery life is much worse than my previous rechargeable toothbrush. My old toothbrush gave me a tone after thirty seconds so I could do front and back of top and bottom. This one gives a tone after twenty seconds so I have to do both front and back of the thirds of top and bottom. I'm not as confident that I do as good a job with the brushing. I wish they had a way to select 20 or 30 second intervals.

I have used Sonicare for years and am very disappointed in this one. i don't like the quadrant time setting and wish that this brand would set the timing for two minutes like before. I do not like the lack of power. It is not nearly as effective in cleaning teeth as former models.

Arrived dead, after letting it charge overnight, still nothing. Let charge another day then it started beeping, which in three manual said was battery failure. This model is a Walmart exclusive so Phillips said to return it. They couldn't even send me a replacement.
