Philips Sonicare 6000 Series Electric Toothbrush - Next-Generation Sonicare Technology, Pressure Sensor, 6 Brushing Settings, Smartimer, Brushpacer, Replacement Reminder, 21-Day Runtime, HX7401/04

I've been using Sonicare products for more than 20 years, and this model is the best I have used to date. Previous models have lasted me 5 years before requiring replacement, and the toothbrush does a great job of cleaning my teeth. The new pressure sensor is also a nice feature to let you know if you're brushing too hard.

I like the smaller size of the brush. It makes it easier to get all the way around the back molars. The number of vibrations is much greater than my previous electric toothbrush.It really does a great job of getting between my teeth. I will find out more at my next dental cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the grip on this model. This is the 3rd Sonicare toothbrush I've owned. The 2 before had been dropped and the small drive shaft that provides the vibration was knocked loose. Hopefully this one will last longer. This one also seems to be quieter. The 3 speeds are nice. The other nice feature is the confirmation beep when inserting the brush.

I don't feel like my teeth are being cleaned like I would do with a manual toothbrush. It does initially leave a clean feeling but in a few hours I feel like I need to brush again. For the amount of money paid, I feel the manufacturer could have supplied more than one brush head. Does not meet the expectation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It definitely has a faster stroke/min. The battery does not come close to lasting 21 days/charge. To get what they say is improvement in dental health, plaque and gum health, you brush for longer over the lower priced models. The bristles are way harder so that has some sort of affect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery life is much worse than my previous rechargeable toothbrush. My old toothbrush gave me a tone after thirty seconds so I could do front and back of top and bottom. This one gives a tone after twenty seconds so I have to do both front and back of the thirds of top and bottom. I'm not as confident that I do as good a job with the brushing. I wish they had a way to select 20 or 30 second intervals.

Guys get a no name one off Amazon. Got this because it supposedly according to Phillips Sonic Technology worked on plaque really well and my back teeth are hard to clean. It seemed like it was a great fit but now after a week, it won't charge. It has been mounted on the charger over 24 hours and still just beep, beep-beep, light up, beep. It has beeped all day all night. It might be a defective charger I don't know. I just know I spent $80 for something to not last a week.

I was very disappointed that the charger was old technology “a” cable instead of the current “c” fast charging cable. And did not come with wall plug adapter. I no longer have any “a”. Bricks/wall charger only “c” so now I would need to go buy a cable with an “a” USB In order to even charge the toothbrush to test it! Already spent %2680 on the toothbrush. Not happy plan to return it.

ZERO STARS ...Four months old and toothbrush will not charge. Completed ALL troubleshooting per Phillips website to no avail. Paid 90 dollars for this!! Now I have to figure out how to get duplicate receipt from Walmart to try Phillips for refund since item cannot be exchanged due to no longer being available. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
