My gums are healed too now. All the swelling is gone. I will have a much better time know getting my teeth cleaned and can't wait to do it.

It does a great job, as expected, and the newly designed brush heads are great. My mouth and my teeth and gums always feel refreshed after brushing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had several different models of this brush and I must say this one tops them all. I've never had my teeth look and feel this clean! I would definitely recommend this model to anybody I know!

Great battery life and plenty of options for cleaning. One draw back is the timer is every 20 seconds then move to another section of your mouth. Your mouth is shown in 6 sections in the manual, but it would be nice to keep it 30 seconds for front, back, lower and upper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothbrush is ok. I'm not sure about the different settings, particularly the whitening setting. Ii brushes your teeth for 3'more seconds, but it doesn't whiten your teeth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the Series 7100, but it wasn't worth the extra cost for me. The cleaning doesn't feel much different from other Sonicare brushes I've used, and the app adds very little value beyond confirming you've brushed for the recommended time. I was also disappointed that it only comes with a USB charger, which isn't very convenient. Thankfully, it works with my older Sonicare plug charger. Overall, it's a good toothbrush, but I could have bought a cheaper Sonicare model and been just as happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used once then it died. Toothbrush would not reset or hard reset. I returned it immediat and will purchase an Oral B. This is the third Phillips Sonicare toothbrush that has failed me. At least I got about 2 years out of my other Sonicares. No more.
