[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brush is so good that for the first time in decade i feel my teeth are 100% clean. The application itself is brilliant and let you know which area in your teeth you missed and which area you had pressure on! You can control the pressure and everything using the application . I brush my teeth once a day and this beauty is making me brushing it 2 or 3 times because it's fun to do that! Highly recommend
This is my 2nd electric toothbrush (having stopped using another brand's electric toothbrush after a couple of years and went back to manual brushing). I was so amazed after my first brush - it literally removes the plague and I could visibly see the fine gaps between my teeth - akin to an experience after going to the dentist!!! Experience was great - really clean teeth, 3 speed levels (lowest was perfect for me), and love how smart this electric toothbrush is, and the experience that came with it. You've gotta try it to believe it!
My experience is unique with Philips. I was very comfortable using the brush because it simply works on the needs of the teeth for cleaning, and I can follow it through the program on my phone. What are the places that need cleaning the most? Thank you, Phillips.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very effective in cleaning my teeth, i like to use it on the high speed setting, the way it vibrates provides a feeling of cleanliness, the app is pretty amazing a lot of options, charts and details on the brushing experience and provides details on the spots i missed cleaning well. The brush cover is a very simple yet important part of the brush. The travel case seems very practical and slim however i didn't get a chance to use it yet. What i didn't like: 1-there is a gap between the brush head and the body, i tried to push it deeper but it didn't work( image attached). 2- The price: yes the device has all the options that i might think i need but the price is too high, if there is no clear medical need i won't pay this amount.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love my Prestige 9900! Initially purchased the Sonicare Diamond Clean 9000 and after only a month had a malfunction and decided to upgrade to the Prestige and I am so glad I did. Truly feels like going to the dentist and getting a teeth cleaning after every use. The App is very intuitive and makes brushing fun. The travel case is incredible and it's so nice that you can plug up and charge directly in the case.
I used many brushes previously but this one has a very smooth vibration that it doesn't bother me and it leaves my teeth super clean after 2 mins of use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given a 5 Star, however, when brushing the app does not recognize me brushing on some quartering and request touch ups. Sometimes it will recognize all areas and say complete clean. I am not sure if it is a flaw in the AI Brush or the App. I ignore it when it does it because I am fully aware when brushing all my teeth. I had this toothbrush in Champagne color stolen by TSA in August and turned around and purchased the Black color one to replace it and remind me when I travel not to trust TSA. So in the length of time using this brush will include both brushes.
Disappointing. I have been a Philips sonicare user for at least a decade and this model is a step in the wrong direction. First of all, for incomprehensible reasons, they made it incompatible with the previous elegant glass chargers. Such a waste to now carry its own proprietary charger when the rest of my family has to use the other type. The case feels flimsy and not high quality though it has a sort of a fake leather finish. It is also unstable. Cheap plastic inside. Hardly premium. Now, a year later the vibrator bar is shaking and I need to replace it. I will be downgrading and going back to the previous model,
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my 3 or 4th Sonicare toothbrush, so I do love the brand and the functionality of the sonic brush design/process. However, the newer brushes rely too much on the App for a feeling of ease of use. With this brush, you need to use the App to adjust too many settings, whereas the previous models allow for quick and easy adjustment right on the brush handle. As the App tends to fall out of sync with this brush head and seems to require you to bring the iPhone or other device housing the App near to your brush handle for connection each time, it is a non-starter for me. I returned this model and purchased one of the older models to replace the one that had stopped working. Lession learned: new technology is not always better or more efficient.
Second time i'm submitting a warranty repair for this product in less than a year. The handle tip is loose creates a very loud buzzing sound. . I have sent both of my toothbrushes to phillips for warranty replacement and hopefully, identification of the underlying recurrent cause. This is a quality issue that has not been addressed or satisfactorily addressed. My husband bought a significantly cheaper version of this brush several years ago and has had zero issues. I previously had a sonicare for 15+ years without any issues at all. Dont need the high tech bluetooth functions. Just need a brush that works consistently and long term.
