[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose a 4 Star rating because everytime I use it, I feel like I just let the dentist office. The power of the bristles slung my toothpaste across the room. I love the app. The app shoes you where to brush better at. Where you brush to hard, and more. The app can even automatically order you new toothbrush heads. I recommend this toothbrush to everyone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric toothbrush holds its charge, has a terrific recharging travel case, and has seamless buttons. It also automatically turns off after 2 minutes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teeth feel cleaner than they ever have. Love the color and the simple holder.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the toothbrush since it makes my teeth feel cleaner Everytime I brush. I do wish the app showed individual teeth cleaning and not just a portion of my jaw that's cleaned. This way I can see which teeth I'm not cleaning as well. Other than that, great toothbrush.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the toothbrush, but the app is inconsistent. The app feedback does not pick up on seemingly the same areas. Very annoying. I bought this new model hoping to solve the same problem with my previous Sonicare. It did not. Years ago, I rarely had this problem. Now, I am shock when it works correctly. Very disappointing considering me upgrading at a considerable cost.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given a 5 Star, however, when brushing the app does not recognize me brushing on some quartering and request touch ups. Sometimes it will recognize all areas and say complete clean. I am not sure if it is a flaw in the AI Brush or the App. I ignore it when it does it because I am fully aware when brushing all my teeth. I had this toothbrush in Champagne color stolen by TSA in August and turned around and purchased the Black color one to replace it and remind me when I travel not to trust TSA. So in the length of time using this brush will include both brushes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the toothbrush and feature of too much movement and pressure notification. I wish the app was more accurate on re-brushing missed areas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this toothbrush. I deducted 2 stars for the high price, the durability (my old one broke after 4 years), and lack of repair capability (tried to get the broken one repaired, but Philips said that wasn't possible). With those caveats, I love the way it cleans my teeth. When it's running, I believe it's the best on the market. That's why I keep buying even with the high price.
I preferred the older version. This one has extra features, such as tracking bushing by area, that don't work well. The worst aspect is that the toggle to switch brushing strength has no indent and is near the top of the handle. It is difficult to avoid accidently changing the setting while brushing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my 3 or 4th Sonicare toothbrush, so I do love the brand and the functionality of the sonic brush design/process. However, the newer brushes rely too much on the App for a feeling of ease of use. With this brush, you need to use the App to adjust too many settings, whereas the previous models allow for quick and easy adjustment right on the brush handle. As the App tends to fall out of sync with this brush head and seems to require you to bring the iPhone or other device housing the App near to your brush handle for connection each time, it is a non-starter for me. I returned this model and purchased one of the older models to replace the one that had stopped working. Lession learned: new technology is not always better or more efficient.
