It took me a few months to write this review because I wanted to see if it really lives up to its claim. And now here I am because I've benefitted greatly from it. Every meal, food debris get stuck in my teeth and I hv this sensitive area that will inflame painfully if not remove quickly. Tape flosser doesn't work, neither does interdental flosser leading to a lot of fruatration and time spent. With this product, I could remove all debris in just a mere 30secs. Inflammation and frustration no more! woo-hoo! Definitely a super good buy.

I bought it in June 2022. Liked that it has adjustable pressure and different nozzles for me to try. Also has a nifty design that allows you to store the nozzle in the water tank. A single charge lasted me quite a while. But then it suddenly decided to die on me. Couldn't turn it on, neither could I charge it. Went to the service centre which was 40 mins away from my house and they offered to send me a replacement unit. The replacement unit was working well for about 3 months before it too decided to die on me. Again, I couldn't turn it on or charge it. Really bad quality for the price I paid.

I had the Sonicare AirFloss Pro/Ultra - Interdental Cleaner HX8331/01 that I thought this replaces, but it is not. I should have read the product details more carefully before purchase, but there is just only that much you can tell from reading. With the HX8331/01, you controls the flossing, whereas this new product flows water continuously you struggle to mange it, it is washer rather than a flosser.

I been purchase Philips Air Floss (two model) Two year times exchange 5 times, all model have same problem cant charges but honestly Philips provide good customer service but the product quality need to improve
