It has improved my teeth on a per use basis

Candaceangel83 May 10, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been great in cleaning my teeth, whitening my teeth and also overall health of my teeth. Well worth the money for the device

Sonicare is hands down the best toothbrush out there. It's pricy, yes, but I tried a couple of other cheaper brands %26 they just can't compare (or last long without breaking). This one is worth it!

Love product hoping for less mechanical problems

Umpbilliam June 3, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the toothbrush, hope that it lasts longer than my last one. Bert easy to use and the promos help me do a better job brushing my teeth

Great toothbrush!

Pegport January 14, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush is terrific. My teeth are not only feeling cleaner but are whiter. It's easy to use and by syncing it to my phone, I am able to monitor my brushing methods and make improvements. Worth the purchase.

Not a good choice for me.

AZretired1 March 18, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately for me this DiamondClean Smart 9300 HX9903/65 Rechargeable Toothbrush doesn't do the trick.I stopped using my current brand brush to start with this because the bush head seemed smaller and more of a better fit for my mouth. After using the DiamondClean Smart 9300 HX9903/65 Rechargeable Toothbrush for a little over a month, I went for my cleaning and my hygienist asked me what happened. My teeth had been doing so much better at my last check up. I explained I switched to the DiamondClean Smart 9300 HX9903/65 Rechargeable Toothbrush from my previous brand and maybe that had something to do with it. Personally for me, my teeth feel better and cleaner with my previous brand. I have always had Phillips Sonicare electric brushes in the past until I changed to the other brand. For my teeth the other brand is better so I will go back to using it and be disappointed I spent so much money on the DiamondClean Smart 9300 HX9903/65 Rechargeable Toothbrush.

Need better QC Process for this model

New England September 1, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It broke and using the site to ask for a replacement brings you through a circular process. Brush head won't attach now. Center component is wiggly and looks like it is not connected somewhere inside. FRUSTRATING. Been using Philips Sonicare products for 15 years. This model is not as well built as previous models.

Sonicare quality has significantly

UNSA1980 June 5, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought is was time to replace me 10 year old Sonicare. My new Sonicare couldn't hold a charge to complete one toothbrush cycle. So I'll keep using my old Sonicare until it doesn't work and although I am impressed with my current Sonicare after my recent experience with Diamond care I won't be buying a from Sonicare again

This toothbrush arrived used. There was toothpaste around the base of the brush handle. There were no brush heads and the user manual was missing. Since it was sold by a third party seller, Walmart will not accept the return via mail. The closest store requires a car to get to. I do not have a car. The best the agent could do to help me is give me a $10 gift card. I am disgusted with the purchase and very disappointed with Walmart.

SHAME ON WALMART !!

Liz April 18, 2026

This is a review of Walmart's non-disclosure practices on this purchase, not the product itself. My Sonicare was received with a blue label attached reading, "RESTOCK," and with a bar code and about a 20-digit ID code. This indicates a previously-opened and returned item which was NOT disclosed on the purchase information on the Walmart site; and I only noticed this when I was looking for information on the box after I had opened the boxing and used the product to register it with Philips. There were also other additional labels glued on top of the original boxing labels: Bar codes, etc. Shame on Walmart for such practices!!! I will be writing customer support to request a 3-year extended warranty on this purchase at NO COST TO ME. If it is not honored, I will be filing formal complaints.
