[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a longtime fan of all things Phillips. My latest purchase of the Diamond Clean toothbrush has taken me to a new level of appreciation. It's a little pricey but it's worth every cent. Every time I use it I feel like I've just been to the dentist for a cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced my old Diamond Clean 9000 and, so far so good. I find it to be better built and identical. I am not certain if I can appreciate significant difference otherwise, so can't tell if paying significantly more for this one is justified. All in all, this is a great product and hopefully lasts me a long time! I can see how the charging travel case is a neat update for those traveling often. For what it's worth, my dentist's office are happy with the quality of my hygiene!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using a top-of-the-line competitor toothbrush from Oral-B, but the DiamondClean Smart 9700 HX9957 is so much better for my particular mouth. I like the DiamonClean brush head shape, as it allows me to get into corners that the competitor brush head does not!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the diamond clean smart 9700 because of the numerous settings options that covers any concerns or needs that I may have in my dental care. I also love the durable charging travel case. I would have given this 5 stars, but my last diamond clean only lasted 7 months and the stem that held the brush just broke. Was not dropped or damaged in any way. I bought another one, but at this price I expect it to last longer and if it does not, this is the last one I will ever buy.

Looks like mine is not an isolated case. I came here to the Philips website to see what the warranty is on my Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9700 Series Electric Toothbrush with Bluetooth that I purchased in 2019. I guess I'm more fortunate than most since the other 1-star reviews say theirs broken in 2 years or less. I'm incredibly disappointed. I spent a LOT of money on this toothbrush, faithfully replaced with brush heads with genuine Philips brush heads, took very good care of it, and even alternated using it with a manual toothbrush just because I still like using a manual toothbrush. Now I have a lifetime supply of replacement brush heads in my cabinet and a nonworking toothbrush. I won't be buying another Philips product. The market is FLOODED with Chinese knockoffs and I'm not spending hundreds of dollars on a "high end" name brand toothbrush that has an exceptionally crappy warranty and insultingly offers customers a coupon to buy another Philips product.

Just laid my second one of these toothbrushes to rest after a little over a year of working. It's a nice toothbrush when it's working, but one day it just stops functioning for no reason. This is the same thing that's now happened to me twice. The first time it happened Sonicare did replace the handle and I got another year of use, but now this one has also died. There's clearly something wrong with this product and the company has no other solution than a 30% off discount with free brush head for your money and time. DO NOT BUY!
