Great performance, shaky labeling

Michigander September 18, 2013

The e-series Sonicare has always worked well for us. Convenient 4-segment timer, good checkups at the dentist. I wish the base and handle were more clearly labeled. When it's time to buy replacement heads, I always get confused trying to remember which model brush heads I need to buy. This time I got it right, but how easy would it be to clearly label the product with the type of parts it requires?

durable product

I have had this toothbrush for several years and it has held up really well! I started using it when I started having issues with my gums. the dentist suggested it so I bought one right on the spot and have used it ever since!my gums have been a lot healthier! I just wish I could buy the heads in a single pack because I don't know how much longer the system will work and I don't want to get stuck with extra heads! do you still sell that same system because my dentist does not.he has the newer on which takes a different head! I LOVE IT!!!!

Great Product; I've had excellent dental health as a result.

DiomedesIV April 9, 2013

Overall highly recommend. I've noticed during the past year the brush heads no longer last more than 45 days, whereas they used to last for several months. Other than longevity and cost of brush heads, the product is awesome. I've owned for five years plus and my dentist is very happy with my gum health and minimal plaque build up.

Good Product

nsz7 April 7, 2013

The toothbrush head fits the base correctly, but not as tight as it should and allows some water to seep into the base. Any suggestions on how to correct this problem?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these tooth brushes because they do a great job keeping my teeth clean and I think they also make my teeth last longer as an 82 year old who has only lost two teeth in my lifetime. I also love my particular tooth brush which is larger than the newer ones because it work's easier for the arthritis in my fingers. I hope the brushes for my unit continue to be available because it make my teeth cleaning easy and pain free.

Great Results

DlhOhio March 24, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quickly I received the replacement heads. They work fabulously and my dentist is thrilled with how great my teeth and gums are. I have been a customer since 1994 and I am not going anywhere!

Am extremely happy with my toothbrush and the heads.

The Philips Sonicare e-series Standard sonic tooth brush heads HX7023/64 3-pack. The brush heads last a good three months. I like them mostly because my dentist, and his assistants, are more than pleased with the condition of my teeth at every cleaning or other procedure. Thanks Philips.

These brush heads actually lasts longer than 6 months. They make brushing easier and faster. Thank God for the toothbrush & brush heads.

Cleaning the base and head attachment

Mannie October 8, 2013

My only complaint is trying to keep it clean as the toothpaste seems to slide down into the handle part opening and creates a sludge. Would like a tighter seal where the head connects to the base.

Bristles fall out

cmock74 August 14, 2017

Each time I brush my teeth, bristles begin falling out and sometimes get stuck in my teeth. This particular "batch" of brushes may have been defective?????
