Philips Sonicare ExpertClean 7500 Bluetooth Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush, White HX9690/06

I am so excited about this product! It keeps my teeth so clean and stays charged for a long time. The bristles have the right softness for my teeth and gums.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old sonicare just ssuddenly stopped working after 8 years so I had to get a new one.I chose the 7500 because it had the best features for the price point I wanted. I'm very pleased with the three brushes i can choose from - one focuses on plaque, one on whitening and one for the gums. I mostly use the plaque brush and then the whitener brush . My gums are very healthy so I haven't used that brush yet unless my dentist tells me to, I follow the app on my phone when brushing. It syncs up with the brush head I am using and guides you through the different zones. It definitley induces you to do a thorough brushing.

The price was competitive and shipping was included. When it arrived the packaging was taped with duck tape. It was either damaged or previously used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this toothbrush. It's like getting a dentist cleaning twice a day. I actually had to get a replacement brush when mine broke. After all the hassle of figuring out what was broken, the replacement process was easy. I do NOT like the app at all. It frequently does not pair with my toothbrush. I would buy another.

The product works very well, but with all the added features still a learning curve. Example the other day did not realize battery was low, started to brush & stopped had to use Wife's handle to complete brushing. We're as old handle gave indication on completion of brushing, requiring charge. The App is ok but syncing with my phone is hit and miss and tells me what I already know that I brushed 2 times per day or things I care nothing about! I track when brush head replacement is required.
