Great, you did a nice job designing this product

Alwashington September 14, 2013

The only thing is that my HX6921 did not have two brush heads like you are stating, it came with one only. Other than that it's great! my dentist recommended it. because I had started to loose bone due to the lack of deep cleaning and my gums were swollen. after about four weeks of using this product my gums have gone back to normal and yes, you can feel that you are clean after every use. Its a good feeling all day long.

Philips Sonicare FlexCare

Bethaniaz March 30, 2015

Hands down the Philips Sonicare FlexCare tooth brush is the best toothbrush I have ever used. My teeth have never felt so clean (other than when I go for cleanings at the dentist) The toothbrush comes with easy instructions on how to use as well as well as what the different setting do. I love that it comes with a hygienic travel cap and the case to travel with. The toothbrush has a battery gauge that lets you know how much charge you have on the brush... in the instructions it tells you what percent each bar means. I love how the instruction manual has a guide that shows how to brush in sections and the brush has a different pulse when its time to move to the next section. There are 5 different modes to chose from and you select the mode you want before pressing the power button. My favorite setting and the one I use most is the Gum Care because you get the whole mouth cleaning as well as a cleaning for the problem areas along the gum-line ... all together it's 3 minutes of brushing. The toothbrush also came with a cord wrap on the deluxe charger and I really like it because you can wrap up the cord to the length you need and not have all the extra cord in the way if you are plugging in the brush closer to the wall. I am so in love with the toothbrush and I know if anyone were to try it they would be also, at first it does take a little getting use to if you are not use to using a automatic toothbrush but the clean feeling you are left with is great. I think I might just buy this toothbrush for family members for Christmas...I love it that much!!

Another fine model by Philips Sonicare

1anonymous123 March 24, 2015

I have been using Philips Sonicare for many years. When I first purchased one back in the 1990s I said I would never use a manual toothbrush again and I really haven't. There line of power toothbrushes have been far superior to a regular toothbrush in my opinion. I had a chance to try one of there top of the line models. The FlexCare+ with travel kit that packs into a tiny pouch for traveling. I don't do much traveling but I really like this toothbrush compared to the more inexpensive models. Here are the reasons why: 1) The highlight of this model is the amount of power available in LED. The model gives an accurate account of the power left available. Three lights, fully charged, Two lights, 67-94% charged and One light 34-66% charged. (My 1990's model didn't have any charge light and well I had to use a manual toothbrush. No fun and not much good. The lights take up a large portion on the bottom of the brush and are easy to read. 2) Another nice feature on this model is the different cleaning modes. Cleaning mode-cleans whole mouth in 2 minutes. Gum Care-complete whole mouth in 2 minutes plus 1 minute for gum care. Refresh mode- touch up your teeth for a quick clean. Sensitive Mode- Gentile cleans for sensive teeth in 2 minutes. Massage mode-gentile gum stimulation 2 minutes. These features are all easy to see in the LED display on the side of the toothbrush. 3) The smart timer: I have this feature on my current Phillips Sonicare and I really like it. Dentists recommend to brush two minutes twice per day. This timer will automatically turn the brush after two minutes. You don't over or underbrush. 4) The charger is a huge improvement to the other models chargers. My last model had such a small charger it seemed it could tip easily. This charger has a much larger base and holds the toothbrush more secure when charging. I don't use it but the base has a groove where you can wind the power cord inside of the base and snap shut to put into the kit when traveling. I thought that was a nice idea. Mine never leaves the bathroom but I can see where this feature would be used in travelling. Finally, for those who have never used a Phillips Sonicare toothbrush I would definitely encourage you to try one. They are in my opinion top of the line. Wondering whether to buy this top of the line model? I really enjoy the features this model has to offer. The LED lights, the different brush modes, the nice sturdy base. The smart timer. Easy brush head removal for cleaning. This is a model worth taking a look at.

Better than using a manual brush

GreenScorpion April 1, 2015

I love Sonicare Rechargeable tooth brushes but I hate how expensive they are. I had one a few years ago but lost in with Hurricane IKE. So when I saw it up on the Spark page I grabbed it in a big hurry. The main difference with this one is the fact that it gives you indication on when to switch to the next section. I absolutely love that. I also like all the new settings on this one: Clean, Gum Care, Refresh, Sensitive, Massage. It comes in a very convenient case that makes it easier for me to take with me and I do have a weekend trip coming up this month. The case can hold two brush heads along with the main part that has the battery. I feel like my teeth are cleaner faster and for longer than using a regular toothbrush. My gums are feeling better and I can say that because they have been a bit painful in the front bottom when using a regular brush. Using the Sonicare a couple of time has greatly reduced the inflammation of that area of my mouth. The battery life is good as it does last several days between charges. Mine also came with coupons for a flosser and a whitening treatment. I have not looked further in to those yet but may soon.

I love this toothbrush

golfngal46 October 25, 2013

I have used electric toothbrushes for about ten years and this one is the easiest on my gums. I have used the round brush (by a competitor) but every time my gums would bleed like they were being ripped open by the harshness of the brush. I have also used another brush where the pointed end and flat end are different brushes. I feel like I cheat myself with this brush because I use the pointed end more than the flat. I like the timer in my Sonic Care and the five different modes. I find myself brushing an extra time during the day because of the way it makes my mouth feel. Am buying one for my boyfriend because I love this one so much.

Incredible cleaning machine!

CuteEverythingcom March 30, 2015

It has long been my opinion that any electric toothbrush, regardless of how cheaply it is made, will work more effectively than any manual toothbrush, no matter how expensive or fancy it may be. That said, I think the Philips Sonicare FlexCare+ Rechargeable Toothbrush Kit may be the world's best-made one. It is solid without being heavy, and both elegantly designed and pleasant to hold. The brush itself is very comfortable to use, with the bristles being much closer to one another, and denser, than any toothbrush I have owned before. The brush is quite small and a little pointed, which makes it well designed to reach the backs of my rear teeth. The brushes are easily replaceable, and in this 4-piece set I only received one brush head, which is understandable since "4 piece" is part of the name. Aside from all of this, though, is how well it cleans -- which is, of course, incredibly well. The ultrasonic vibrations are said to clean between teeth also (even without flossing) and they seem to. After using the toothbrush for a couple of weeks, I haven't had any issues with gum bleeding, which used to come up fairly frequently for me. All of the settings clean aggressively and my teeth and gums feel extremely clean when finished. I like the two minute timer function and I also really appreciate that the toothbrush is rechargeable, so no batteries are needed.

LOVE my Sonicare!

cmward March 31, 2015

I have been using Sonicare (much older version) for many years, and am a walking testimony of the great benefits from using Sonicare products. I recently upgraded to this model and really, really like it. First, I love the brush head. It has different length bristles at different angles that penetrate around and between my teeth better (not to mention that replacement heads are less expensive than my previous model). I also really like the fact that it has five different brushing modes, with two of the modes focusing on gum care. I have been dealing with some recent symptoms of gum disease, and I KNOW this is just what I need to help my gums! My teeth feel cleaner, and my gums are getting the care they deserve! I have a checkup with my dentist in a couple of months, and I will try to update my post with the results of the exam. My dentist already recommends Sonicare products, so it will be interesting to see the report from the dentist after using the gum care modes. I just know there will be a difference! The other thing that I really like about this model of Sonicare is the ability to store the excess cord for the plug inside the base. It's so great not to have all the cord spread out all over my sink (see picture). So happy with my new Sonicare!

great toothbrush if you don't mind the vibration

Marieplus3 April 9, 2015

Philips Sonicare FlexCare+ Rechargeable Toothbrush 4pc kit comes with the toothbrush head, toothbrush, charging station and carrying case. The Philips Sonicare FlexCare+ Rechargeable Toothbrush has 5 brushing modes. The first mode is CLEAN. When the toothbrush is turned on in clean mode it stays on for 2 minutes. All modes are timed which is perfect because you don't have to wonder if you've been brushing long enough. The second mode is GUM CARE. In this mode the toothbrush gives you the 2 minutes of cleaning and an extra minute of gentle cleaning for use along the gum line. Mode 3 is REFRESH, a one minute touch up for a quick clean. I use refresh after meals whenever i can. The carrying case fits in my bag so i take it with me. The fourth mode is the sensitive mode. This mode gives you a more gentle vibration. This is the mode i used the most after trying all the others. This is my first electric toothbrush. I don't like the vibrating but my teeth feel better than ever. The sensitive mode lasts for 2 minutes. Mode 5 is MASSAGE. Massage mode gives a gentle 2 minute cleaning for gum stimulation. The battery lasts for a really long time. I have had this toothbrush for 2 weeks. I use it 3 times a day and still haven't had to charge it. When you do need to charge it you just plug in the charging stand and put the toothbrush on it until all 3 green LED lights are glowing. I really don't like the feeling of the vibrations or the sound. I will continue to use this toothbrush though. I have noticed my teeth are getting whiter. ThePhilips Sonicare FlexCare+ Rechargeable Toothbrush does give you the results it promises and is worth the money for the clean whiter teeth you get. :)

Good function but should last longer.

Janet98274 December 11, 2015

I am a repeat Sonicare customer. I love the function and design as well as the dental hygiene results. My only disappointment is that it does not operate optimally for more than about a year. Fortunately there is a valuable warranty. For the price, with need to replace the brush heads regularly, I think the base should last longer.

Not without issue

Lotta August 27, 2018

I've bought this same toothbrush 3 times in the past 5 years. It works great, but the quality is suspect. The last 2 that i bought don't ever fully charge even after 24 hours. And one of them completely died within a year. I'm not sure why I keep buying the same one other than i have all the travel cases and charges already and don't want to start with a completely new product.
