Love it. Quiet, practical, light weight. Thorough. Gets all the tiny areas
loved the color! It has just the right amount of power needed to brush my teeth.
Unable to adjust speed easily
less than a year after purchase, the toothbrush started buzzing at random times, including in the middle of the night, no amount of resetting was able to fix it until it completely died. My sister bought one around the same time and it has had no issues. I may have gotten a lemon.
Bought this electric brush on the advice of my dentist. It cleans really well, but a year or so of use it appears to be coming apart. The head has loosened considerably and there is a noticeable "whir" during operation that indicates to me it may be coming apart. It's still working for the moment, but I'm not sure for how much longer.Have others had this experience?
It is so intense, it makes me afraid to brush teeth. Ive also had a lot of work done on my teeth since I was a child and Im just afraid my teeth will somehow start aching. Looks great, and I wish I could like it. I think for people that are used to this intensity and vibration- will be perfect.
I was surprised to find that the charger is a usb charger and it does not come with a charging block to plug into the wall. I havent use it yet because I am searching to find a charging cube without going out to buy one. It says charger included but it is only half of a charger unless you want to plug your toothbrush into a computer.
The charging base comes with only a USB connector and no adapter to connect it to a wall outlet.A flyer included in the package brags about how much plastic they've thus saved. The same flyer says that if you require an adapter, go to their website. If you do, you'll discover that they will sacrifice their greeny-weeny principles to sell you an adapter for $18.95 !Now who has a USB outlet or their computer or laptop in their bathroom?
These are great toothbrushes white they last, but I bought one in Feb. 2021 and it failed in June. I figured maybe it was a lemon and I got another one. That one just bit the bullet. Both times, something in the motor gave out and it got really loud and then failed. Very disappointed because this was supposed to be a good brand and it isn't cheap!
Deep clean alright.... one setting and its max speed. I feel like Im brushing my teeth with a saw. I honestly cannot even use the product. You get what you pay for. I will definitely pay more for a new electronic toothbrush that has multiple settings to choose from. This product was not forMe!
