Firstly, Philips has GREAT customer service! Professional & helpful whenever I have contacted them & they have always stood by their warranty & products in the best way especially in this day & age where a warranty means nothing after you've handed your money over! These toothbrush heads do everything they're supposed to do & they last! You really can't step outside the Phillips brand if you want quality! I don't buy anything but Philips heads for my diamond clean brush as nothing else compares!

I got a birthday discount and treated myself to these brush heads and the real thing really is better. They seem sturdier and the bristles are of a higher quality. I feel that the clean with the Phillips brush heads is better than with the off market brands.

Overall, a good product. It is very compact and user friendly. The cleaning movement of the brush is very good. The only minor annoyance is the noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brushes work well but do not keep water out from between the bottom or the head and the handle which leads to mold and past buildup. This head was recommended as one having soft bristles to minimize gum damage and so far seems to be good on the low speed setting.

The original C3 Premium Plaque Control replacement heads were outstanding. They felt full, dense, and left my teeth feeling exceptionally clean after every brush. It was one of the main reasons I stayed loyal to the brand. Unfortunately, the newer C3 replacement heads don't feel like the same product. The brush head seems smaller, the bristles feel less dense, and the overall cleaning experience isn't nearly as thorough as it used to be thinking of switching now.

HARD! Definitely a (negative) change from older C3 versions. No change to my technique, etc. yet a recent visit to the dentist prompted them to ask what I was doing differently as my gums were beginning to recede. Very disappointed! I just replaced my Sonicare or I'd consider a change to Oral B. Maybe 3rd party brush heads will be better.

Just got this and it keeps falling off my toothbrush. It's like it won't click on and will fall off while I'm brushing my teeth. It's ridiculous. I haven't had this problem in the past with replacement heads, so I don't know if I just got a lemon or if they changed something with the design, but it's a bummer.
