Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean 4100 Plaque Control, Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush, Deep Pink Hx6815/01

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The head is straight, and not at an angle to the body. My previous purchases all had the shaft on the body tat connects to the head come lose because of this issue.

In my opinion, this brand of electric toothbrush is the best being sold! I have used ever since my dentist did my gum surgery. She had told me prior to the surgery, she would not guarantee the outcome, unless I switched to this type of toothbrush. It worked!

Liked most all about this New 4100 series Phillips Sonicare, it replaces a series 3 GumCare Sonicare that I have been using for several years....which replaced the 1st Sonicare that had to quirky screw on brush with external mechanism for brush action. Loved the Series 3 but the switch became quirky and not working as it used to, Liked the Original Series travel cases for brush heads, but can live with this Series using ziplock bags for travel. The 4100 series appears to have a higher speed of oscillation, but might just be my imagination...but it works well, along with the new WaterPik I bought!

My third Sonicare personally, but for the family, it's a proven investment. This particular "plaque control" does take off the roughness. It is a (1) one speed, unlike my multi speed next to it. Warning: the vibrations are real! But the results are great. I would recommend this product for it's ease of cleaning, great results, and good investment. ....be well...

I love the Sonicare toothbrush and how clean my teeth feel after using it, however, they need to improve how long they last. In my family, we bought 4 sonicare toothbrushes between 2-3 years ago. 3 of those 4 toothbrushes have stopped working. Those 3 were bought 3 years ago. Let's see if the 4th toothbrush dies at 3 years too. I like them so much I bought replacements, but if they don't last long I'll be looking for another brand. The warranty is 2 years (or 2.5 years if you register the toothbrush). I didn't expect 3 of them to die after the warranty ran out.

Definitely phillips is trying to milk this product line for money. It works well but charging so much more for limited features is gouging at every step. Why no replacement battery? Why are brush heads so insanely expensive and no natural option? It works fantastically for now, hope some other challenger get my money next time.

This product was recommended by my kids' dentist to ensure the cleanest teeth while they have braces. BUT, it's too painful. There is only one setting and, apparently, it's too aggressive for them. I'm disappointed that I spent our sparse money on this product. I had hoped that they would get used to it, but they have not and my 15 year old will not use it anymore.

Has never seemed to work great. I just thought I was pressing to hard or maybe it was my imagination. Come to find out it is faulty and my dentist says my teeth and Gomes have never been this bad. I am just 2 weeks past my 90 day return window. This is why I usually buy from amazon and not Walmart. I can’t return it now.
