loved the color! It has just the right amount of power needed to brush my teeth.

I bought this for my friend as prescent coz i broke hers. she loves this one better, one because is her fav color two because have more power and she feel her teeth cleaner. Did not came with a case which is a bummer coz she travels a lot but no matter for her. It charge very fast. End of story, shes happy i broker her power tooth brush.

Unable to adjust speed easily

Philips Sonicare is much more effective than Oral B / Braun models in removing / cleaning plaques. Howeverthey are extremely fragile and stop working after one year or so. So I'm not buying expensive top of the line models, as I know I will have to buy a new one in one year or so. This particular model doesn't have a travelling case what is a shame (fortunately I kept the cases of my previous ones).

Bought this electric brush on the advice of my dentist.It cleans really well, but a year or so of use it appears to be coming apart.The head has loosened considerably and there is a noticeable "whir" during operation that indicates to me it may be coming apart.It's still working for the moment, but I'm not sure for how much longer.Have others had this experience?

When charged this toothbrush works as well as prior Sonicare products I've had. However, it doesn't hold a charge between morning and evening after 1-2 uses. Essentially, it must be charging immediately before use. The two sonicares that I had previous to this one lasted 6+ years and never had an issue holding a charge for weeks at a time

The media could not be loaded. Very frustrating, this is the second toothbrush to break in this same spot. I didnt register the first or save the receipt, I did for this one.We will see if the warranty pays bc I wont pay for a third one even though I love the toothbrush!

I like this product and I am a long time user and would give it a 5 star. However, my issue is not with the product but with my order (give it a 1 star on delivery). I ordered 2 but only received 1. I also paid for two but again only received one. Please, correct this issue immediately. Thanks!

The toothbrush was working great for the first few months, but then the top metal piece that connects the brush to the motor/battery somehow broke. Now the brush is very loose and makes a strange noise when brushing. Doesn't feel like it's doing a good job cleaning. In the market for a new toothbrush now and unfortunately, given how quickly this one broke, I don't think I'll be buying a new one from this company.
