This is what I take when my stomach is extremely upset and there is nothing helping, or if I know my stomach is going to be upset depending on what I eat. I know it says to take 1, but I take 2 if I know it's going to be unbearable. After taking this, at worst, the pain in my stomach is bearable. At best, it's not hurting at all. I strongly recommend even though it is a bit expensive. Oh, it's also really good for when you have the stomach bug or if you find yourself sitting on the toilet. We've all been there.
